kingsgate lake house

This lakefront home is located in the heritage town of Delta which is located on upper Beverley Lake. Across the road is The Old Stone Mill which is a National historic site and is one of only a few working mills left in Ontario. The home features an outdoor hot tub, Firepit, 2 kayaks and a canoe. Bring your boat, there is a boat launch nearby and you can tie up to our dock. A few doors down there is a market, LCBO & gas station.
The main house has 5 bedrooms with 5 Queen sized beds. We also have a 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed complete with kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry and also a queen size pull-out sofa which is available after the number of guests staying is between 11 to 16 people. Please note, if the number of guests is more than 6, there will be an additional $35.00 charge per night per extra guest.

Cousins weekend
The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town

A week of fellowship and painting
It was clean, well-equipped, modern enough to be comfortable, quaint enough to be interesting. We enjoyed the charming property and the historic village in which it is located. Very enjoyable week. We hope to return next year.

Lovely Getaway
Very clean, well maintained property, responsive owner. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful view of water. Cute, quiet village. Perfect spot for a family reunion - everyone loved it!

Friends get away
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage! Décor is pretty, so nice to have the hot tub and the grounds are spacious, not to mention the home itself. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is clean. The TV is also set up with Netflix and other specialty channels which is great for options. We were a group of friends who have been getting together for years and this home was perfect. The host, Michael is very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Reunion
A group of friends from Toronto and Montreal met up to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had an absolutely wonderful time. House is spacious and gorgeous, and has everything you need for a weekend away - hot tub, fire pit, lake access, all fantastic. Michael was a very accommodating host. Good vibes all around!

Great space and amenities! The kids fished off the dock and lots of space to spread out. Grocery store and LCBO litterally around the corner which makes it super convenient.
