“Great place to stay!”

Had a great stay at the Westin. Room was clean and very comforable. Impeccable service. Any request was adressed in a timly manner and the staff was friendly and efficient. Will certainly stay there again!

I had such a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing....service was great. I am so happy that they welcomed my dog so nicely. Like a Queen! This was the deciding factor to stay at the hotel and we were so pleased. I am a big traveler for business but this was for personal reasons and had free choice of where to stay. I loved the decor of the hotel as well, very tasteful and nothing beats the Westin's beds. Bathrooms were spacious and the shower with the double showerhead is great. You can tell that this hotel pays attention to service. I am going to make it my regular hotel in Richmond and probably elsewhere whenever I can. Thanks from me and my dog!

“Westin Richmond”

The whole family enjoyed our stay ... there was something for everyone. My 5 year old daughter LOVED the pool, while my 16 year old son was thrilled with the workout room (which was very well equipped) and computer access in the business center. It was perfectly located right off the highway and close to all types of shopping and eating. If we are ever back in the area, this would definately be our hotel of choice.

My husband and I stay overnight in Richmond a couple of times a year. We have been staying at this Westin since it opened. It is a beautiful hotel - always clean, and the staff are great. The location is wonderful - so near many stores and restaurants. Also close to the Interstate. We highly recommend it!

“Enjoyable stay”

Beautiful hotel with very friendly service. Rooms very clean and quiet. Loved the morning coffee in the lobby and the refreshing water/juices in the afternoon. Perfect for a long weekend.

Clean, comfortable, good/safe/convenient location, ultra-courteous staff. Good food, good bar, good & clean indoor pool. Good noise insulation. Room amenities more than adequate. Beds very comfortable. My wife & I are sticklers about where we stay, and this is our new Richmond hotel for business or leisure.

For my first trip to Richmond the Westin was quite a pleasant surprise. We received top notch customer service and enjoyed our stay immensely. If I travel to Richmond again I would definitely book a room in this hotel.

“Beautiful hotel”

Staff very friendly. Beautiful, clean hotel. Only negative thing i could say is that wifi is available in the room but for a charge. Wifi available in "business room and lobby" free of charge
