The property was excellent, staff was excellent, housekeeping was excellent. The only problem I had was that the hotel charges $10.00 for parking the car you have to drive to stay at their hotel.

We loved Richmond, we still talk about the trip. The bar downstairs served excellent crab cakes, we ate at 2 nights in a row and have searched to find something similar locally (without luck!). Walking distance to shops & yummy foods. We had a wonderful visit! Hotel was pleasant, clean.

The stay per night was over 100.dollars, and with that- no continental breakfast- There is a fee of 10. Dollars per day for parking! This is after the fee for room per night. They do not vacuumed per day- we stayed for a whole 6 days- for a class being held there. The cleaning people never vacuumed that whole 6 days- No microwave available in the rooms, only 1 in downstairs lobby! Did have a mini fridge-very mini-it did keep milk and water bottles cold There was no tub, just a walk-in shower, floor of it was dark, looked dirty-needed water shoes to shower with. Also, missed out on special rate of room for the 6 days due to going through Expedia- instead of booking through hotel itself! Paid the higher price! Never staying at your hotel again, will find different one with better price and better amenities near by- will come to yours for a class, but never staying there again.

Worse Hilton I’ve been in.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows did not support the head well. The hot tub was not hot at all. At night, I heard the neighboring room having sex for about 15 minutes loudly. The spa gave great massages but that’s the only good thing I can say about this visit

Anniversary
It was out anniversary and we wanted to stay overnight and hang out away from home. The room was great and the hotel is located in a convenient area near everything you may need and want. Definitely booking another stay.

Nice hotel
Check-in was easy and we were able to get our room just a little early with no issue. Location is great - close to many restaurants and shopping. Just a quick overnight trip to the area, but no complaints on the hotel.

Top choice when in Richmond area
My 6 person golf group found every aspect of the hotel and the very helpful front desk staff to be exceptional. Great rooms, lounge restaurant and location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was in close proximity to everything. We got a chance to enjoy some really good food, and we had a great time shopping at Short Pump Towne Center. It was a great weekend. I can't wait to go back!
