So many bad reviews I dnt know why the staff ladies that work there was super friendly nice I'm disable and needed help with my things due to my health and on oxygen when I say they went above n beyond for me got me a room that was closer to the lobby due to my breathing the man that check me in was super friendly also but Ms Tonya she help me to my room and made sure I was straight they all was friendly nice and I appreciate all 3 of them I dnt knw the other lady name I wish I did I wanna thank them so much for helping me I will be back again super clean nice environment friendly people's so I dnt know why all the bad reviews cause I didn't see nothing room at all my room was super clean n had everything I needed in there especially the bathroom I recommend this place sure I was good due to my breathing

If I had the money to spare i would have went somewhere else. The room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, mold/mildew on the shower curtain, bathroom mirror has stuff on it, the floor around the bedside tables and towards the headboard of the bed was BLACK where it never gets mopped. And the "free breakfast" consisted of coffee or juice, there was not a speck of actually food put out. The staff were friendly and polite but wouldnt reccoment this hotel to my worst enemy to be honest. Ive stayed in cheaper hotels before that were cleaner. And the ENTIRE building seemed to absolutelly reek of marajuana.

We checked in for 1 night at 830PM. The good thing about this hotel was that every staff member was friendly. However, our room room (a suite with double beds and pull out sofa) had no extra sheets for the sofa bed. We only had 2 full sized towels for our room. The room while overall was clean, was dingy. One of the lights by the bed was loose. The corners of the room had mold or dust. Both the toilet and the bathtub were slow to drain water. Thankfully, we only stayed for 1 night. However, when we came down for breakfast, there really was no breakfast. It did make 1 person happy that there were brownie bites. Don't stay longer than a night.

Trash strewn about the parking lot including an abandoned pair of men’s boxer briefs. Looked at four separate rooms with the font desk clerk before finding one just barely good enough. Each room had something wrong with it/something broken including a broken door on the third room. Finally decided on the second room which had the least amount wrong with it - a wiggly toilet seat and wiggly faucet in the sink. Overall, place seemed uncared for and uncared about and indifferent staff/management. Disappointing and disappointed.

My first room, room 109 had a door that didn’t lock. Anyone can walk in anytime. The sink was clogged, when I asked for a room they sent me upstairs to a smoking room with over a dozen cigarette burns in the bedsheets and black mold by the TV, said they’d help in an hour with a 3rd room, while I was on an important business call the door was banged on and they demanded I switch rooms then and there. The next day there the hotel staff yelled at my traveling mate for not grabbing towels when housekeeping came by and asking upfront for them. Why is that an issue? Do your job! I had pre paid for 4 nights and was no way I could stay another there. They did not refund me for the 4th night, decided to leave my trip early. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Decent bargain stay
We picked the Super 8 because of its location, price and the promise of breakfast. The location and room were good bargains. However, breakfast was basically non-existent. There was regular coffee - no decaf, no tea - watery orange juice and apple juice. We were each provided with 4 mini-muffins, and were told we could only have 4. That was the extent of the spread.

The check in process took about 15min. The room was old, dirty bathroom, and had a smell about it. We went down for breakfast at 6:10 and no breakfast was out. There was coffee but no creamer. There was no one at the front desk. After 5min a lady came out with a giant attitude. I asked politely if breakfast was going to be put out and she snapped that she was working on it. By now it was 6:15. We just left.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Will not stay here again. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean you neglect cleaning.
Beds are not cleaned. This is disgusting
Showerhead not cleaned.
Stains on and in fridge.

Don't do it ! ! !
I'm no prude, and I've stayed at some questionable properties that I found acceptable, but this is the absolute worst, nastiest,dirtiest hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. After a 1300 drive to an event I had in Richmond I checked in and was immediately asked if I "had a cigarette" by 3 guests in a row and knew I was in trouble. The room was so disgusting I slept in my clothes and didn't get under the covers, and left a day early. Totally ruined my Vacation. Don't make the same mistake I did, this place should be condemned.
