Fantastic staff, spacious room, good breakfast choices. The lady in the breakfast room was exceptional - friendly, efficient and eager to help. She even provided a delicious gluten free muffin when asked if there were any gluten free choices!

When we checked in, there was a mistake with our reservation but the person at the front desk solved it immediately. She was helpful and nice and the hotel was very clean and convenient.

The room was dirty, they never sent a cleaning crew through, there was left over trash, mold on the tub, blue tape holding broken trim, elevators were out of order,

Check in was very quick and easy. The lady was very nice at the front desk. When she saw us getting a coffee, she offered to make a fresh one. It was really nice of her, we really appreciate her thoughtfulness. We had a very long drive and she made us feel at ease and welcome. The property is clean and very convenient to everything. They also have a good variety for breakfast. Will stay again

Good stay for the price. Comfy beds! Clean.
Room & beds very comfy, good shower, descent free breakfast. One elevator was broken which was inconvenient. Pool was smaller than appears in pictures, but my daughter still loved it. Staff very friendly & gave pretzels & water. Would return again!

I appreciated the staff greeting me with a genuine smile and willingness to help get me checked in! The pool was fun! And the breakfast was delightful. Not to mention the complimentary coffee throughout the day! :-)

A staff (exquisite kindness and compassionate help with needs of kids through elderly as we attended a family funeral), D owner investment/property upkeep (badly cracked bathtub; windows bolted shut despite a steep rise in COVID, flu, and RSV this winter; temperature unable to go below 65, leading to fragmented sleep for a family used to 62-degree nighttime temps (including 2 kids); only 1 person at desk at any given time, leading to unacceptable delays in service in the evening at times. Those wonderful employees deserve better owner investment in the property, and so do we consumers. Also, the property was extremely difficult to find from the street--hoping the leasing company that runs the office park can work with the hotel to provide clearer signage.
