The Omni Richmond, VA Hotel was a very good experience for me. All staff (except one) were there to help, assist, support whatever I needed. Including front desk, bellman, house cleaning etc.
The lone exception was one waiter who rudely dismissed me even though I was there 35 minutes before the kitchen closed down on Jan. 17th. The other wait staff were great.
I applaud, Taylor, at front desk who had empathy and helped me get food that evening.
