“Visiting Richmond VA”

We had to be at the airport very early the next day so we stayed close by the night before. We were impressed with the Omni Richmond. The carpet was brand new, bedding was excellent quality (down comforter), and the room was quite comfy and clean.

“Relaxing retreat”

Easily accessible location, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean room. Very nice pool (open early, stays open late), which was a big hit with our kids, along with the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant (great service). Overall lovely visit. We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Parking seemed a bit expensive ($18/nt) for Richmond.

“Great location”

The Omni is a convention-type hotel that provides the standard amenities in the hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and the bath was fairly large; robes were provided. The lobby area was rather small and no extras were provided -- no coffee in the lobby and no complimentary access to internet. Staff were very efficient and answered requests promptly. Overall, a good experience and a great location.

“Liked the hotel and location”

I loved this hotel and it's location. We had a corner room,giving us more windows,which I really liked. The only negatives worth mentioning were the crazy cost to park in their hotel parking lot and limited access to their fitness center (they use the fitness center in the local fitness center). I liked my stay in Richmond and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Starbucks is right there on the property, always a plus. The restaurant has "outside" seating. The food was enjoyable. Lots of conveniences within walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms and service is amazing. It is everything that you would hope a hotel would be.

We stayed at the Omni June 30th as our friends were getting married that evening. We had a beautiful room! The bathroom was quite large and the king size bed was so comfortable. I also appreciated the big full length mirror for getting ready. :) Our only complaint was having to pay $18 a day to park in the garage underneath the Omni. That adds on quite a bit to the overall cost of the room but we would stay here again! A very nice place.
