Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for to be in this walkable area of downtown Richmond. Steps away from an event at the library, a great record store, as well as dining and grocery. The front desk always greeted us as we entered or exited which was very kind.
We were in a room furthest from the front desk, which was totally quiet with no disruptions. Our room was refreshed while we were out which was pleasant to come back to.
The TV set-up was a little dated and took some basic troubleshooting to get working, but we figured it out. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, maybe since we were so far from the front desk area, but thankfully we were not doing any work from the room so it was a non-issue for us. We didn't use the closet, but there was a spacious closet area towards the door entry inside the room. Parking was $14 for two days at a parking garage only one block away.
Overall, this was a stay where the location can't be beat. You are in the heart of Richmond here and getting in/out of the hotel is a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and thank the Inn for their hospitality!
