Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues but they were quick to remedy them. One suggestion is bigger trashcans in the rooms because they were SUPER tiny.

It was very clean and great breakfast. The staff was very nice. It seemed more like a business hotel, but we were treated well with family of 6, two of them were my grandsons.

We thought the staff was very friendly. My one complaint centers around the carpet between the toe queen beds. This area needed cleaning and had several stains. Other areas of the room were very clean.

I like the location. I also thought your front desk staff is excellent, (Joe and the lady who checked me out). Your property is very quie and the breakfast is very good. However, your lobby and our room is beginning to show noticeable wear. You will want to address that in the near term.

Very lovely staff. Go out of their way. Appreciated the fresh lemon herb water throughout my stay. Room clean but stains on sofa and rug and pink mildew in shower. Shower missing interior door bar. Couldn’t get shower door to close so water sprayed onto floor, toilet ran unless you shook the handle. Showing wear n tear. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Breakfast very fresh and lots of variety. They need a toaster that accommodates the size of their delicious bread at breakfast. The luggage carts are nice but grimey. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and clean. At the end of the day I would definitely return.

Upon trying to take a shower at arrival from being out all day the shower & sink water was freezing cold! I tried again at 3am to shower only to discover there was no hot water in the entire hotel!

i booked this room for one night & was very uncomfortable. i was tip toeing around the room. i got food the night before when i woke up the next morning to move my bag there was a bug. i will never stay here again!

Upon arrival in our room, the bed looked like it was just slept in, the TV was on and at almost full volume, the bathroom had handicapped accessible accessories thrown in the corner, there was no hand soap, the shelf holding extra linens/pillows looked like it had been ransacked, there was an open hole in the wall next to the sink. Very disappointing for how much money I spent on this stay.

The heat in our room wasn't working and it was 30 degrees outside. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. the bar downstairs was out of beer and wine, and the lobby bathroom needs an update. Hallway hadn't been vacuumed. We have stayed at the property many times but this time I am rethinking about satying there agian. Needs an update overall.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. Closing at 9 is a bit early. Two problems were never resolved. HVAC controls did not work and there was no hot water in bath. We were told these issues had been resolved but they were not.

Meh. Over-priced. But helpful staff.
Below average hotel for a hyatt place. Was just ok. Room not clean upon arrival but swiftly remedied by changing us to a diff room. Mattress pads were overly plastic, hot, and super loud everytime you shifted in the night but beds themselves were relatively comfortable. Carpet ripped in places. $180 for the night to accomodate pet, felt it was overly priced. Sarah at front desk was helpful for all our needs and we appreciate her working on Christmas Day. She was kind and hospitable.
