Room was wonderful, a little loud because of youth baseball, and up late teenagers. View of the backside of Home Depot and Walmart was not thebest..

The only complaint I would have is that the water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. Everything else about the hotel, room, and surrounding area was fantastic.

my family & i stayed in a king accessible room. the sheet looked like it had been urinated on by either a dog or child. the noise level was unbearable. we have 3 service dogs among us. the noise upset them so bad that at one point we had to request some check out the noise. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved our short stay here- the room was super spacious and very clean. We had a two queen with kitchen and if I had been staying longer, it would've been great to have! Super close to lots of shopping and restaurants in a good part of town. The only downside I noticed was the thin walls... could hear every door open and person down the hall. But, I'd still stay here given all the upsides!

Enjoy the spacious rooms with kitchen areas and the pool. I was disappointed by the cleanliness/freshness of the room. Staff made an effort to improve, were very apologetic and even left some treats for us. I would like to see some attention to deep cleaning in the future.

We booked a room for 4 people for 3 days. our room was stocked with 3 bath towels and 2 washrags. I cant understand why there wouldnt have been at least 4 big towels for 4 people. I called the front desk to request more, he said sure I will bring them down. I never got them. I waited till the next day and asked the next front desk person for some extra towels. She did not seem happy about it. It seems like towels are a hot commodity . other than that I was perfectly happy with our stay

I’m a local single dad on the weekends and this place is the best around. Breakfast is worth any extra compared to other chains. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The facilities & staff were fine. The hotel and room were both clean and well kept-up. However... The TV did not work -- it didn't display any channels. The "free breakfast" was I think the most tasteless meal I've ever had at a hotel. I tried the oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, and faux-McMuffin. I couldn't take more than a bite of each. Utterly flavorless - it was like eating styrofoam. Worst though -- The hotel was advertised as "pet-friendly". There was no place to designate I was bringing a pet on the web page, When I told the desk clerk I had a dog, she said "I'll just tack on the $75 fee." Really? $75? Hotels can certainly set their own policies, but if I had known that a dog would add $75 to the charges I would have gone elsewhere - AND THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT DISPLAYED ANYWHERE IN ADVANCE! I will not be using Home2 or the Hilton chain again.

Our room was very clean - it had everything we needed and as we were traveling with our dog - our room was on the ground floor with easy access to the exit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s new, it’s very nice. But… they allow pets, and even though they have ppl sign a pet policy the dog barking across the hall was crazy. And their kid was screaming too. I did let the hotel know their dog was left alone in the room was barking. Barking continued the next day. A policy is only as good as what’s enforced.

We stayed here end of October 2023 for 1 night. Highly would recommended as everything was clean and modern. We loved the; pillows, sheets, mattress, big amount of space in room, kitchenette, desk, wardrobe, closet, black out curtains, and desk chair. The desk chair and mattress were both super comfortable and would have loved to know where they got them! Tons of parking. We drove a big truck with a dumpster trailer on the back so we had to park in the parking lot one lot over since the parking was full and limited to oversized vehicles. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel had access cards to the entrance so no strangers could randomly come in. Would definitely stay here again!
