Typical Hampton Inn with comfortable bed and clean room. Attractive room with plenty of space. Lounge chair in room was rock hard and ergonomically incorrect. Bathroom sink was cracked and should be replaced. Close to good shopping and dining options. Nice dining area for in-hotel breakfast.

It’s a nice place to stay. The breakfast is phenomenal. The staff was polite and accommodating. The parking lot was hard to navigate with limited parking. Room was clean. Beds a little hard. Room air conditioner and remote control were very finicky. Overall good stay. Would recommend, would stay again.

The Breakfast was the down fall. It use to be way better before Covid. I really miss the variety of juices they use to have. We tried it one morning and skipped it the rest of the week.

Good location The desk clerk at check in was rude. The room was not clean. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower. One of the bath towels had hair on it. Hair on the shower wall. I dropped something off the bed and it rolled under the bed. There were things under the bed apparently other travelers had left.

Looks like things have been updated on the property and the staff was pleasant. The room looked nice but the bed in my room was terrible and should be replaced. Evidently while the room was refreshed the bed was not. It has been overused and was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. I appreciate making the ambiance nice but the most important part of a hotel is the bed. (Of course cleanliness ranks right up there as well and you all did a great job in that area!)

We needed 2 rooms, 1 handicapped. We were in adjoining rooms and the handicap one was very roomy. Great breakfast options, easy side door access to the elevator for 2 elderly.

The bed was hard and noisy. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. No conditioner in the shower, shampoo and shower gel only, that’s a huge negative for my long hair.

The staff treated us excellently but the room they assigned us was the worst. Dirty sheets, an unbearable smell, the bathroom is leaking water, the room is very destroyed. I do not recommend that you stay at that hotel. . 👎👎
