Staff were not well informed. One told us they could book us airport transport and when we went to do it another desk clerk said who told you that in a very accusing tone.

Nice business hotel, conveniently located downtown. Clen and professional. Would come again. Reception to hardsell her Breakfast bufett. don’t fall for it.

Nice clean modern property with a great location on the river while still being close to the historic center. Rooms were extremely comfortable, great breakfast with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that some of the rooms are in a different tower across the road so it is a bit of a walk from the front desk, but was not an issue for us. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and the morning staff were very friendly. Checkin was smooth and very helpful. Suggested a lovely self guided walking tour that was really worthwhile. The City wing is quite a distance from the main hotel - that could be better explained while booking. Front desk provided poor information about options for getting to Frankfurt airport. Would stay here again!

Room worn out and for disabled. Very uncomfortable for non-disabled. Very noisy because of adjacent elevator. Not possible to sleep well. The entire facility could be freshened up a little.

this is a great place to stay in the heart of Mainz old town and right on the water.. wonderful stay and so many options nearby.. we also stay here sometimes for business events as it is very flexible and has lots of amenities for work meetings etc.

Hotel was great but the service in restaurant was appalling. Despite there being only 3 other people in the restaurant and 3 servers I had to ask them to come to table to serve us. Finally my wife was served soup with knife and fork laid out but no spoon again we had to find a server and ask for a spoon

The housekeeping was really bad! The person in charge never pick up the garbage everyday. His job straightening the bed was very unprofessional. Never checked the lotion bottles to refill, never replenished the shower cap, the towels left on the floor (as what guess are supposed to do for new towels) were not picked up nor did we got a new ones. We have to call the front desk for this service. Your housekeeper needs more training.
