Nice renovated rooms. Perfect for Europa Park / Rulantica nearby. Breakfast was good, but some pastries would have made it excellent.

I want to be up front that I am a North American rating this hotel. We stayed here to go to Rulantica and not have to drive the four hours there and back in one day. When we arrived there was a nice parking lot right next to the hotel. My check in was super easy and faster than in the U.S. which I loved because that is my least favorite part because it takes too long when all I want to do is get my key and go put my things in my room and relax after a long drive. The hotel was beautiful! The room was small but I needed a bed for me and my husband and one for our daughter and this hotel had that and at a great price for being so close to the theme parks. The bathroom is also small. The matresses were too hard for me but not for my husband. The matresses are pretty standard for German hotels so I don't fault this hotel for that because at least there were two together (twin matresses in a king frame). Breakfast the next morning was pretty good, there were lunchmeats and cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs and a few other items. A bread basket was at our table. I enjoy knowing what I'm going to get at a hotel breakfast which is why I'm detailing this for others. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will go back there if we plan to be in that part of Germany again.

Lovely Place to stay
We arrived late and caught the last orders for dinner. I had the steak with the pepper sauce. J'sus, the peppercorns were a little ott. Other than that my meal was fine. The place was clean and the area quiet. I would stay again if in the area, but ask for the sauce on the side !

The attention was good. It was clean. However, the breakfast was kind of cheap ingredients, cheap bologna, cheap cheese, nice butter. It is located at 6 minutes from Europa park. My reservation costed €140 and I ended paying €159 because of the tax per night. It is a bit expensive for this type of hotel. Everything else was good. The food at the restaurant was good as well.

Dear Mr. Gustavo, Thank you for your feedback. First of all, about your price: Expedia determines that. And it was never at 140 EUR but at 158 ​​EUR from the start. You should have been informed of this in your reservation confirmation. So there was certainly no big surprise upon check-out. And even if you could have said something - I said goodbye to you personally. After all, we had a large family room, which we only completely renovated this year. For breakfast: we get our meat and sausages from the meat wholesale market in the region. So it is certainly not about cheap sausage from Aldi or the like. The same applies to the breakfast cereals. They come from a large German supermarket chain. Also high priced. For your information. Nice that you at least enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Many greetings Your Hirschen team

Eine klare Empfehlung!
Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Besuch. Das Hotel ist familiär geführt und alle sind sehr freundlich! Zu empfehlen ist auch das dazugehörige Restaurant, welches äußerst lecker kocht.

Its only a 5min drive from Europa park which is convenient. Staff is friendly great customer service. We did a late check in cause we were stuck in traffic at the park and they were very flexible and waited for us. Breakfast they gave us coffee, hot chocolate, variety of hams and salami.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Kritikpunkt haben wir. Es wäre super wenn es statt der Aufbackbrötchen zum Frühstück Bäckerbrötchen gäbe. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Parfait, du lit à l’assiette
Pour deux jours de halte après EuropaPark, l’hôtel est parfait. En plus, le dîner du soir est délicieux, copieux et à un tarif très raisonnable : c’est une parfaite soirée étape.

Le plus intéressant est la situation de l'établissement a 5min d'Europa Park c'est super pratique. Apres l établissement et les chambres manquent de modernité pour le prix paye

De bedden lagen heel goed,heel vriendelijk personeel,goed ontbijt.wij hebben in de avond ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant.zeker een aanrader voor europapark.

Chambre pas terrible avec fenêtres endommageeset moustiquaire trouée. Poussière pas faite mais salle de bain tres propre. Personnel agreableet accueillant. Restauration ok mais portions trop importantes ce qui a entrainé du gachis.

Hôtel parfait pour séjour à Europa-Park en famille
Trois nuits proches d'Europa Park où nous avons passé 2 jours à profiter au maximum des attractions. L'hôtel est tout proche et facile d'accès . Le restaurant est varié et copieux. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects. Le personnel est très gentil. Le point à améliorer serait le confort des couchages. La chambre familiale avec 5 couchages est un vrai plus.
