Great welcome, very interesting and well restored property close to the town center. One king bed for a family of 4 didn’t work for us - the manager realized right away before we checked in and upgraded us for a v small fee to a beautiful apartment overlooking a pretty courtyard. And a yummy breakfast buffet!

RECOMMENDED - unconditionally.
VERY Nice hotel in the old centre of Rendsburg. The family apartment we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful, and even made a restaurant reservation for us when we arrived pretty late in the evening. This will not be our last stay at the Inno hotel.

Nice place to stop.
Nice place to stay for a business trip with great wi-fi. No bar/restaurant facilities but some eating places close by. Room super comfy and a good selection for breakfast in the morning.

First class stay
It was my first time in Rendsburg .The manager gave a brief history of the town and was very helpful.I had no complaints about the hotel and am looking forward to my next visit

Das war mein 4 mal, das ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe, aber auch das letzte mal. Das hotel hat unterschiedliche Zimmer, die innenausstattung unterschiedlich, die lage von den Zimmern sehr verschieden. Von ruhig bis sehr laut. Diesmal bekam ich ein Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus, nix mit Schallisoliert, sehr laut wenn jemand rauf oder runtergeht.... Badezimmer sprich handwaschbecken war so groß wie im normalen Gästeklo.... Ich hätte es noch verstanden das man für so ein Zimmer ein günstigeren Preis bezahlt, aber nein, da zahlt man für die Einzelzimmer alle den gleichen Preis.. Egal.... ein nächstes mal gibt es nicht mehr dort. Für den Preis bekomme ich immer was....

Das würden wir gern tun. Beim Check In im Zimmer ist es auch möglich, wenn etwas zu beanstanden ist, sofort mit uns kontakt aufzunehmen. Virkelig god indretningsstil i lejligheden. Morgenmad helt i top, selvom vi var de eneste blev der fyldt op. To søde piger i receptionen tjekkede os ud med " På gensyn". Vi kommer nok igen engang 🇩🇰😄

Bestilt og betalt for fem personer, men kun gjort i stand til fire personer. Dette ble ikke fikset selv om vi gav beskjed. (Tilbød seg å fikse kl 21 andre natt etter ny beskjed.) Skitne vannkokere, søppel i søppeldunkene, flekker på tepper og ingen såpe til oppvaskemaskinen. Vi bodde i leilighet et stykke fra selve hotellet. Vi fikk ingen informasjon om frokost inkludert ved innsjekk. Dette fant vi ut ved en tilfeldighet etter natt nr 2. Synd at opplevelsen ble noe negativ, fordi stedet var egentlig veldig fint. Og frokosten var nydelig!

Lucky next time…
Fast and friendly check-in. Easy to get to and parking places on the street not far away. Unfortunately, the pillows had a strong odor of sweat. And, couldn’t get them changed, since there is no one around after 10 pm (no phone number to be found either). From 5.30 am the entrance door to the main building slammed at every entry/exit. No chance to get any sleep. So avoid a room close to the staircase in the old main building. Clearly, it is a team that wants to do well; but could do with just a bit of ‘hotel education’ on how the details matter - also in a three star hotel. Mentioned the above at check-out in the spirit of helping to get better….received a shy ‘I’m sorry’.
