Urine smell in 101. The sofa. Coffee was bad. Cheetos were stale. Germ infested rooms. Not healthy for our daughter who has heart issues.

Its not even a shanty in old shanty town
The hotel is in Raymondville. It is in an area that is fairy construction and/or trucking oriented. The owners are not putting much into their property. They knock on the doors very loud at night at 10:30 to tell me about their cash rate for a week same thing in the morning

Very filthy room. Refrigerator and ac weren't working and on top of all that there were bugs " roaches " dead ones all over the floor. Let's just say it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in days

Great Hotel and great price
The service was great and friendly staff. The room was nice, clean and full of appliances. The water pressure was great, the room had cable tv, WiFi, I didn’t hear anything or anyone else through the walls, the bed was comfortable, coffee was good. They normally serve breakfast but with COVID it was closed that was the only draw back but that’s not their fault. The hotel location is convenient and their rates are very good.

Great place to stay. Safe one way in and out, very clean rooms. I made the reservation by mistake for a smoking room and they called to confirm. I got exactly what I needed for a restful stay!

We had no power due to weather and the owner accommodated us. He gave us the same rate and upgraded our room to a suite.

The property is very outdated and due to the renovations the pook was closed. Due to covid there is no breakfast. However the big sign in front states POOL and FreeBreakfast. Expedia also states they have a pool and a breakfast so no way to know those aren't available until you have paid on line. The room was clean and the bed was o k but this hotel is not as advertised.

Family Getaway
This was a wonderful trip. The room was spacious and well organized, the air conditioner was amazing and we were given extra blankets with no issue. The front deak was very friendly, and I plan on staying here my next visit.

Beds were sunk in very uncomfortable kids were jumping from 2nd floor to the swimming pool after 10pm ..not happy at all
