So I give the place 5 stars for how nice the staff was.
I watched this idiot guest come down and scream at the poor girl at the front desk “MY ROOM HAS NO TOWELS! THIS IS A DISGRACE! THIS IS NO HILTON! THIS IS A SUPER 8! IM TAKING THIS UP THE CHAIN! WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME?! WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME?!?!?! IM GOING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER!!! IM GOING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER’S MANAGER!!!!!”
And while this silly man was making a clown of himself in front of god and everyone this nice young lady just went back and got him some more towels and acted totally unfazed.
She was so professional about it when any normal person would’ve called him an Uber to the super 8 and told him to cry about it.
Also anyone who ask to talk to a manager has clearly never worked anywhere before. Manager’s don’t know anything, and after you complain and they feign surprise they have a good laugh about you with their employees.
Anyone with a job knows this.
Wonderful service, great job handling moron guest like that maroon who could’ve just nicely asked for towels and got them instead of making a scene like a toddler who didn’t get their way.
