Very dusty and unclean in the room, as a housekeeper there was a lot wrong. Also the room smelled musty which means there is mold in the building. Other than that pretty nice.
Kind of in a rough neighborhood. It outside of that cool hotel

The staff is very friendly and professional. The electrical cover for the outlet for the television was not attached and the television did not work and could not be given another room but other than that the place is clean with a sect decent choice continental breakfast if you eat pork.
this place had bedbugs. stay far away from here or you'll be taking bedbugs home with you. i caught one running around in the bed and they said they couldn't even give a refund because we didn't tell them in the middle of the night. how could i have known i was getting bitten in my sleep? terrible.

Customer service was great as always. Housekeeping could do better by coming every day to ask if we do or do not want service. They just assume with long stays that you don’t. When they do clean, they usually clean very well with a few minor exceptions. That’s my only complaint but overall the location and front desk service is great!!

Housekeeping service automatically begins after a guest's 3rd night, and is then provided every other day. However, if you do want to request housekeeping service outside of our regular schedule, you must do so with the front desk before 11am. Housekeeping does not stop by the room to ask. Very loud and wild parties happening on premises at late hours on the weekend. Staff should update listing to include card types that they do not accept if guest wants to pay at property. Also, roaches. Location is decent but I probably won't stay again.

I thought for the price the property was adequate. Think more motel than hotel. I am mobility challenged and my room was at ground level, steps from the office, with a parking spot directly in front of my room. The staff was A .

Just wasn’t what was expected . My son and I was visiting from out of town and the room on the site was very much different from what we had. Had to clean our own rooms . it was a horrible experience

The hotel was so-so. The laminate flooring seemed wet and the whole room was humid. The bathtub plunger thingy didn’t work. Doubt I would stay again.
