For our weekend stay, the location was convenient and easy to get to off the highway. The front desk person was polite and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The gentleman that checked us in was professional and very helpful. he was comforting with the early check-in although we were not expecting an extra rate for that. he made the transition easy and was very accommodating.

From te outside this property looked better. It sits in a good location in Raleigh but inside facilities are outdated. When we checked into the room the tv remote did not work and had to be replaced. The phone had no dial tone and maintenance could not repair because phone jack was defective.

Well, the lobby is clean and the room was decent. But everything in between appeared dirty and in need of some serious maintenance. The guy at check in was very friendly. I’d stay again if I had to, but this hotel needs some attention to the hallways, elevators and for the love of the Lord, please enforce the smoking policy. Every hallway had somebody smoking pot on it. It wafted through the hallways and stuck around on the elevator every time we got on and off of it.

I stayed in room 530, which connects to the adjacent room through a door that isn't soundproof. It's wise to request a different room. While the room was pleasant and clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough vacuuming. The property itself is appealing, though the view from my room included an unattractive pool filled with algae. Additionally, there are no EV chargers available at this location.
