un espacio muy limpio y seguro, excelente decoracion y el personal muy amable y atento; excelente ubicacion, puedes llegar a puntos buenos de cena, entretenimento nocturno, ventas de recuerdos facilmente; las habitaciones bien distibuidas, no tiene ventanas los cuartos pero la circulacion del aire acondicionado esta excelente y la luminacion es muy agradable, las camas super comodas

The Andy Hotel in Queretaro was a great option. It is very close to the centro and the hotel itself is beautiful. The Andy Suite is very modern. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful when we booked our tours and also gave us ideas of where to eat and shop.

My time at The Andy was great. I stayed for my birthday. They provided me with top service and made me feel extremely welcome. The hotel was so nice and different. The top of the hotel has an open vibe to it where you can just open your door and feel the breeze from outside. Very very nice. Thank you!

We upgraded to the loft suite which was very spacious with a couch, refrigerator, 1.5 bathrooms. It was nice to have a place to relax after long days of walking the city. We felt very safe since there's someone at the lobby 24 hours a day and the front door of the property is always locked evern during the day. The hotel decor is very unique and artsy. Nice rooftop deck for views of the area. Lobby staff was friendly and helped us arrange a tour to wine country.

Uno de los hoteles más bonitos que me he hospedado. La recepción muy bonito llevo de hotos de dibujos, nuestra habitación muy bonita. Los del hotel fuerón muy amables, nos sentiamos como si estuvieramos en casa muy comodo.

The Andy Hotel
Our stay at The Andy hotel was great! The hotel is close to the downtown of Queretaro, it's like a 5 minute walk. There was a Super Q close by (convenience store). The hotel was very clean (shower, floor, beds etc) everything was immaculately clean. The hotel personnel was very attentive and helpful at giving us directions to where places were. All in all this hotel surpassed our expectations.

This hotel is amazing. I didn’t even care not having windows. Lorena is awesome, very thoughtful, kind, nice and knowledgeable of course. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are hot and good water pressure. The AC works great. The decor is modern and beautiful. The pool is a plus with kids (3yr old and 2 months). The rooftop is cool. They have swings up there. A table and chairs might go up there too but not during our stay. We stayed 6 nights and sad to leave but hopefully we’ll be back ❤️ A walk to centró 👍 Good job Andy Hotel 👏

Decent for the price.
Check-in was lousy. The lady was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not like typical Mexican hotels. Thanks to lots of construction, lobby was very dusty.

A hidden gem in beautiful Queretaro
Th Andy is a sleek, well-designed boutique hotel with super comfortable rooms - great wifi, strong hot showers, air-con, lots of storage and wonderful bedding. It is only steps away from the historical center, yet very quiet. Most of all, the team is very kind and always ready to help. Queretaro is a beautiful colonial town with efficient infrastructure. The Andy is a great place to stay for the visit!

I Loved this hotel. You could walk right past it. But once you step into the well designed space (day or night), you almost don't want to leave. Our room on the first floor was well layout, quite and felt kinda fun. The only negative (but not a deal breaker) was the bathroom door was awkward. Do yourself a favor and book this fun hotel. Its also walking distance to the good restaurants and shopping.

The room was very clean and the beds were truly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always greeted you with a smile. We had a problem with the TV and when we came back from sight-seeing, it was all taken cared of. The hotel is walking distance to city center, maybe like 5 mins.

Mini pop art museum stay
The Andy hotel is a charming boutique hotel. It feels like you are staying in a mini pop art museum. The room was comfortable and clean, the ac works perfect, the shower pressure es great. What I loved the most was the kind staff that go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Thank you so much!

New and very cool
This is a new hotel, it’s cool even hip ! The quality of the renovations are great, the decor is amazing, the rooms a very nice with great beds (with duvets) and nice, very nice bathrooms. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve stayed in many boutique hotels in Queretaro but this is by far the best.

Charming new hotel, in a perfect location for walking to the old city. The staff on the front desk and in the kitchen were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for us, and eager to help us make reservations for an out-of-town trip to see the missions. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, with efficient air-conditioning, tv etc . Hot water ran a little slowly, but always came through. Modern art, especially Warhol, livens upon the lobby. I will return and encourage friends to stay here.

The Andy is located in the Centro District, which makes it very convenient for exploring Queretaro on foot. The hotel was very clean, well appointed and the staff was terrific. Breakfast was included with the room and it was the perfect way to start the day. My only observation was that hot water in the shower was sometimes missing. In the middle of summer, this might be refreshing but with the recent cold weather, a cold shower in the morning was certainly eye-opening. That said, I would certainly stay at The Andy again because the pluses far outweigh the hot water issue. I look forward to returning soon.

Unique place. Liked the style and staff is great. Location good. Hidden little swingset on the roof was a nice break for kids but I wouldn’t say it was any more or less kids friendly than any other hotel. Open building scheme allows noise from outside to be heard and the music they play at the hotel for ambiance is sometimes annoying at night but overall not a noisy place. Windowless rooms are good to keep noise out too but with the black and white rooms with no other color inside, you can feel closed-in if staying in the room long.

There was nothing I didn't like about The Andy. Was set up like an art gallery, a lot of the art was awesome and for sale. Have never seen a layout like this, very easy to get around on foot to many places and sites within the city.

The Andy Hotel, es un alojamiento increíble. Desde la bienvenida todo perfecto; siempre buscando nuestro confort. Cuenta con alberca, ofrece un desayuno gratuito en un restaurante, y unas bebidas de bienvenida. Esta muy cerca de el centro de Queretaro, lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que tiene servicios excelentes a un precio excelente.
