“Perfect location in Queenstown”

Stayed here from Dec 27th to Jan 2nd. Staff were amazing and very accommodating even during their busiest period. 5 minute walk to the Novotel and great restaurants, bars and shops all around. 3 minute walk to Ferburger - a MUST!!!

“Last floor”

We stayed on the 7th floor, so no lifts! We had to carry our bags 1 floor up, but that didn't make our stay less pleasant! Very convenient location. We also parked our car on the street without hassle.

“Prime Location, no free wi-fi”

Perfect location and sound quality. Nothing more to ask for in a hotel....except complimentary wi-fi would be a huge help for those that need to stay connected back home. Front desk and concierge were paramount in making this part of the trip go off without a hitch.

“Modern, clean and comfortable.”

A very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel in Queenstown. Room was superb: clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The concierges were young but helpful. Only issue we had was we only received 20 minutes of free WiFi a day and only from the lobby.
