Upon we arrived in the suite, there was only 1 glass and 1 cup at the bar and 1 glass in the washroom. No robes. we notified the front desk rep. he said they will sent the items. First only cups received no glasses, then later 2 child robes were delivered. Eventually adult robes were delivered but the other robes were still there. No glasses. We eventually asked the room attendant next day for the glasses. At dinner time I put all my valuables in the safe but could not lock it because the locking bolts were protruding and could not be locked. I then removed everything from the safe and took them with me to dinner because i was told that I had to be in the room for them to unlock the safe, so we di it after dinner. Waste of time.
The phone in the room was very difficult to use. the handset did not work, the speaker phone had to be used to make calls and after could not disengage the phone.
No indication on the phone that there were messages.
Lack of signage for: direction to Lobby from elevator, location of shuttle to Secrets Resort. Staff at Lobby and concierges desks give different replies to question s which was very frustrating, how to get and print Boarding Passes, Location of shuttle pickup area, how the wi-fi work. Hibachi restaurant only opened 4 days a week and completely booked for our stay. Access for the remaining restaurants were either partially opened or very long wait.
We were not to happy.
