"Part of the blame lies with hotels.com but after our reservation was lost the situation was handled poorly. The male owner said we did not have a reservation after being shown the receipt and said we could stay if we paid again and that we could then cancel our paid for non refundable reservation on our own. After they found the reservation the receptionist still tried to blame the site and us after we tried to place a complaint. The rest of the stay was uncomfortable."

They should work more on the presentation of the room and its bathrooms. The outdoor pool keeps losing tiles Let's see if they change anything in 2025"
