No longer our favorite
This was my & my two boys fourth time staying at Punto Mita Suites. It has been one of our favorite places in the past. This time was much less peaceful than I remember. There was more noise at night, partying and dogs barking. And some of the staff seemed burnt out, some were even rude. The affordability of the nightly rates is definitely offset if you end up having to pay their high prices of replacing something. This time they charged $100 US for washing the bed covers after my son had an accident which was not the case in the past. This is no longer one of our favorite places to stay in Nayarit.

Hello, thank you for your comments, I am very sorry that your experience was not the best on this occasion, we are an ecological and family hotel, we care about having accommodation with clean, safe, comfortable rooms, with a large terrace with a cafeteria in the evenings. nights. in the mornings, We have a new shala to do yoga, we are located in the heart of Punta de Mita, a traditional Mexican town, if you visited us these last few weeks it was Christmas and New Year, that's why there are many celebrations in the area with music, We have earplugs, an apology for not offering them to you sooner, we understand that there are accidents but we have rules in class and there are fees for when utensils break or in case of extra cleaning

Reyna was so kind, friendly, and accommodating. She gave both me and my brother a tour of the place and was always helpful with answering all of our questions about Punta Mita and needed transportation. What a beautiful person!

My partner and I stayed in a fully-equipped apartment suite and enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. We also had such wonderful staff providing us with recommendations for local eats and surf breaks. It made our time here extra special being in the quiet and quaint little town of Mita. We can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely loved everything about my stay there, can’t wait to go back. Location was a skip away from a prime spot on the beach where you could get coconuts and rent chairs and table with umbrella. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was amazing. They were so helpful and inviting.

Arrived late, after hours, the staff stayed over an hour and left us a note on how to get our key. Very friendly people, the rooftop palapa with a view makes for a good happy hour with other guests.

Yo amo Punta Mita Suites & Hostel
Everyone was very nice and helpful. They had a fun party on the rooftop lounge and the guests and friends were able to talk and share experiences. The room was comfortable, clean, and safe.

Muy bonita la habituación, muy limpia y con lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La playa se encuentra cercana, tiene una hermosa terraza, nos gustó la confianza con la qie tratan al usuario, ya que los utencilios de cocina están a nuestra disposición, hicimos uso de ellos y los dejamos nuevamente limpios y donde los encontramos. Todo excelente disfrutamos mucho muestra estancia, fue exactamente lo que necesitabamos y cubrió nuestras expectativas.

BUENA ESTANCIA
Muy buenas instalaciones, la Junior Suite está muy bien equipada, todo lo necesario para cocinar, la cafetera en buen estado, lo único que necesitó el Baño, fué una Limpieza de la regadera eléctrica, que estaba un poco tapada, pero Carlos nuestro anfitrión, muy diligente la limpió en unos minutos, y todo estupendo.
