It sounds like your experience at this place was really positive. It's great to know that the staff was friendly and that the manager, Gustavo, stood out as being very helpful and friendly. The fact that they were willing to answer your questions with a smile is definitely a nice touch of customer service. Also, the availability of free laundry is a nice bonus for guests.Also, the fact that there are many stores and attractions within walking distance adds extra value to your stay.
