The room wasn’t clean and up to part they don’t speak English and I feel it isn’t that safe I came to my garage apartment and another couple was in my Gary with they car and my gate closed and I had to wait for them to leave

Arab VIP was good value for money
The arab vip suite was very good value for money. Things others mentioned were normal practice of no key for room, although I got one on request on a differe t booking. No ac controller was supplied but pther rooms.nkrmally have it, evebtually I asked for ac to be turned on and ot was left on for the last two days. Staff will help but the security generally requires spansish. The whole process is easy enough. I got an ear infection on leaving, it may have been from the jacuzi but not sure. Overall was a good deal even with the little things. If you have access to a pole dancer the arab vip is an experience in itself. The bed in the arab is not as large as other rooms but comes with silky drapes and the pole dance section imo is much nicer. Overall I like the layout of the arab vip pver the red room and semcasiones rooms. This end of the complex can hear the highway a little.

El lugar no se parece en nada a las fotos, se nota a primera vista que no limpian, el papel de baño tenía un animalito, las superficies de los muebles y del lavamanos tenían polvo. No me hospedé ahí por las razones antes mencionadas, no lo recomiendo.

We’ve stayed here before and previous stays were better. In general, this is an excellent and FUN place to stay near the airport, and we will be back. But this particular time: there were no towels in the room, and took a while to get some; first TV remote didn’t work; then the next remote worked, but the TV adult channels didn’t work; the wifi didn’t work; and a few other minor annoyances.

Zero amenities, no towels, no front desk. All around dirty. No English speaking. Signs in room say to dial zero for room service but no phone in room, no wifi, no cellphone reception. Entrance to room is through a garage door, opener didn't work...we had to get creative to escape.

Did not stay, got into room, didn’t touch anything, just turned around and left. No one spoke English, and once the garage door close, we were trapped inside and could not get out. We had to bang on doors to get out. We didn’t even ask for our money back, just left and found a clean hotel.

This is a very discreet hotel. You never see anyone when you arrive. There is a speaker that you talk to someone to give your name to. They tell you a number and you drive to it. The garage door will be open, you pull in and close the door. The room was a little run down with missing tiles and such but very sexy and naughty. We took the red room which had a sex swing, a stripper pole and a round bed with a mirror on the ceiling. There’s no soap or shampoo but if your looking for fun, this is it. You could get bottle service through a two sided security box but we didn’t use it. You do need to phone them a few minutes before you want to leave so they can open the garage door for you to leave. Overall, it was a fun experience.

Ugh, i mean, ok, but....
It's close to the airport, but and as exotic as the pictures imply. What isn't so clear is the only window is a tiny thing above the toilet and the air conditioner never got the place cool. Definitely a latin american love hotel that you can book for a normal stay.

What a wonderful place. Safe and secure. Helpful staff all the way around. The water heater doesn’t get really hot but other than that we had an amazing 10 nights there. The Cuban guy, and Antonio were both amazingly helpful and the cleaners are fantastic and trustworthy. If you’re looking for an affordable secure place to stay while in Riviera Maya this is that place

You can't beat the price. The only downside was the wifi, and when I asked the front desk, they provided us with a different password and it worked but was slow. And the toilet didn't have a seat...also... Hopefully you won't be surfing the web during your stay. The water temp and pressure were perfect. Previously stayed in the red/roja room and this time in the sensations room (beige with bench). Even had instructions on bench positions, very helpful. Not your typical hotel room (no fridge&windows/limited tv&wifi). BUT super quiet, clean, comfortable, and discrete/private. If you are a couple, don't think twice. Super convenient to from CUN airport.

This place was so worth the price. The check in was super easy. We were supposed to arrive at 11pm, turned into 2am and someone was in communication with me the whole time and available. The only downside was wifi (none) however the room was clean, super close to the airport and private. Parking is in a garage, safe. I would stay here again, for a couple or even just to stay close to the airport. Towels provided, no liquid soap (only bar). Also the water was warm (not hot), good for showering comfortably.

It was a pleasing property my husband and i like trying new things and this motel was great. We were able to sleep in, it doesn't have any windows it could have used a bit more lighting lamps etc. inside the room. The room could also have used a bit of cleaning. I recommend bringing some clorox wipes lol. Never the less we enjoyed this room very much indeed.

My last 3 day staying, there was no running WATER! I have to come home to usa an order to shower! Worst part they wouldn’t move to different room or bring water but they were still renting rooms to customers. For adults, they had 2 channel didn’t work, very poorly. Expedia says that WiFi was included but in my room internet never worked. When I got signal after 2 minute, it was interrupted! Please don’t never put in motel like that. I had to book hostels an order to be comfortable. I should get some of money back...thanks

There is no front desk. You need to check in via call box. We didnt know how o get into our room because there are no instructions and no one to ask. There were no towels, blankets or even a trash can in the the room. We had to dial operator to get a towel and our room key. The staff on the phone did not speak much english and it was hard to communicate with them , although they did manage to understand hen i asked them to call me a taxi to take me back to the airport. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the motel does not have a menu.

No manejamos menu de comida por el concepto del lugar, debido a que la demanda no lo aplica. rabajaremos en mejoras y en verdad es muy importante para nosotros sus comentarios y sugerencias para mejorar en la calidad del servicio, atencion y necesidades. El sistema de atencion por interfon y no mostradoS es por la privacidad del huesped y el concepto como lo menciono en parrafos anteriores, No somos Hotel . Todo esto sin dejar a un lado que damos atencion al momento de sus necesidades. Sabemos que fue asisitida por el personal cuando requirio atencion personal y como usted lo menciona fue resueltas las dudas y necesidades que esta en las manos del lugar y nuestro personal. El lugar se encuentra en un punto cercano al aerpouerto para la facilidad a su destino , asi como la tranquilidad del lugar por el mismo. Por dicha razon no trabajamos con menus de comida y otros serivicios. Esperamos poder contar con su preferencia nuevamente en su proxima visita al destino para poder darle una mejor atencion y dejarle una mejor impresion de lo narrado en su mensaje.

It's easy to get there, it's very close to the airport. It took us more than 20 minutes to check in as the speaker at the main entrance wouldn't work. The place is fantastic to do Kinky stuff at but not much variety on the tv, one channel only and the video stopped after a while. We stayed overnight and that bed wasn't made for sleeping. At the end we had fun, but I might think about it twice if I want to come back again.

Inexpensive and clean hotel near Cancun airport
My wife and I arrived at Cancun airport late in the evening and wanted to find an inexpensive hotel that was an easy drive from the airport. This place fit the bill exactly. However, potential guests should be aware that this type of hotel caters to couples seeking privacy for romantic assignations. You check in through a speaker (like the drive through at Burger King), you drive to your assigned room and park in the garage and the door is closed behind you immediately. The room is huge, and don't be surprised to find a gigantic heart-shaped bed, a dancing area complete with stripper pole, mirrors on the ceiling and red lights in the room. And if you stay all night (instead of paying by the hour) don't expect continental breakfast or waffles in the morning. These places tend to be surprisingly clean and nice, as this one was. We got what we expected which was a great night's sleep, and in the morning we were back on the main Cancun-Tulum highway in 30 seconds.
