Room came with free breakfast. The day of departure we needed to leave early. Breakfast starts at 8. It was 7:30 and buffet was ready. Employee did not allow us to eat early despite our explanation that we needed to leave and that all the goods were ready. We left without eating.

Perfect place to rest close to Angelópolis
Originally planned on staying only one night, but ended up extending it an additional 3 nights. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. We mostly communicated with Gerardo from the front desk who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in rooms 716 and 718 which offered the view attached of Angelópolis. Breakfast was buffet style and quite tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to rest, the angelopolis shopping center is a 3 min taxi ride, you have an awesome view of the volcano, ferris wheel and shopping center, if you get the romms facing the backside. Grocery store and pharmacy next door.

Perfect hotel for business trips
The rooms are really small, this is a good choice if your plan is to only use the room to sleep,and not to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The included breakfast is OK and the hotel personal is very friendly and attentive.

Although it was the first time this happened, the hotel didn't have our resevation when we arrived they insisted on checking our reservation number until we asked the lady to call Expedia an review and she got the authorization to let us in.
