The Brass Key is a wonderful inn with great outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, lots of seating areas). The landscaping is particularly attractive. Staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. Indoor seating in bar area is limited so hope for good weather. Some parking spots, first come first serve, very convenient if you get one. Location in perfect, just a short walk to Commercial Street from Bradford, pretty much in the center of things. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Great cozy hotel in provincetown. The room was super clean, there was a fireplace. Breakfast was good with a lotvof options to choose from. The only thing to improve would be that the hot tub was not hot enough in the end of the evening.

the architecture inside and out along with overall layout of the building compound surrounding the pool and hot tub while providing a sense of privacy. the shipwreck lounge was nice touch and the friendly and professional bartender Dave made a great cocktail

We LOVED it! We hated to leave! Our room was gorgeous and the staff were super nice and helpful! The breakfast was delicious! And the downtown area was a quick 2 min walk and so much fun! We can’t wait to go back

Do Not Rent Room 107
Love the Brass Key, however Room 107 is not the room to stay at the resort. The bathroom shower was very poorly constructed, and the little view the windows provided of the next building, were above the resorts trash and recycling cans. The step up area with low ceiling to the windows and bath was a pain.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your room. As a collection of historic rooms it is harder as we are surrounded by many things with very few views. The hotel is always glad assist in advance with room selection.

Excellent stay!
Fantastic stopover while we were visiting Cape Cod. From the welcoming hot wash towel at check in, the guest happy hour, the yummy breakfast to the cookies at check out…we really had a fantastic time.

Excellent but i came to chill not deal wit entitle
Excellent hotel. The lack of parking when you pay this price was disappointing- maybe a better design or one for each room. Some staff were snippy about we were talking loud when a nightclub was blasting music all night (I was told guest expect loud music but not people talking on their own balcony ?) folks saving chairs at 8 am with towels and cone for parking is lame. I think the word I am looking for is entitled.

Amazing place. We only stayed for one night but loved the quaintness of Brass Key and the room was great. The location was perfect being very close to the main street and all the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Brass Key.

The rooms were dirty- mold in the shower, toilet running, and stains on the towels and linens. For the price of the rooms it is unacceptable and we left early. The staff was nice and the grounds were pretty but again not worth the money or experience.

Great escape in Ptown
Staff was very accommodating. The room left a lot to be desired but according to staff it is being upgraded soon. In the meantime sadly it left a lot to be desired for what used to be an amazing property. The overall setting is great and will definitely stay again.

Book this spot…NOW!! Words can describe how beautiful this place is. Thank you Daniel for your smile/chat and for your help with some paperwork for my dad. And thank you Kenneth for your warmest welcome and goodbye. You are welcomed with warm scented hand towels as you check in. Kenneth helped with our luggage and showed us our room. Such a lovely room with everything you needed. The heated pool and large hot tub was surrounded with beautiful landscaping, shrubs and flowers/catci. Many outdoor seating areas to enjoy. There was also a roof top lounging area where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset looking over the town. Refreshment available throughout the day: flavored water, lemonade, and even happy hour treats with an assortment of wines/ale and snacks. Full hot breakfast spread will not disappoint. They had every kind of condiment that you may want. The staff was phenomenal and always willing to make your stay the best. Oh, and the best part, you just walk down the street 1 block to the main town area for food and fun.

It was our first time staying here. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. It made us happy to stay there. The complimentary happy hour wine and cheese and free breakfast were a nice touch. The room was a little small, but the expansive property made up for that. Also liked the free parking, which is at a premium in Ptown.
