Very clean. Helpful, welcoming staff. Breakfast was great with many options. Hot tub was enjoyable but jets cut off too quickly- only a few minutes.

Customer service was good, need to update towels they are extremely overused also shampoo , conditioner dispenser should be checked before and after a person’s stay! Because I had no conditioner and did not notice until i was showering!

The price I paid was double what I agreed to pay initially. If you book, don't do that option to "Pay Later". The tub wouldn't stop up, so I couldn't take a bath and they couldn't fix it. The phone had the wrong room number on it and they couldn't hear me when I called downstairs. Nothing they could've done about the pool being out of commission, so that was chill. A few dead bugs around my room, but everything else was in order.

The room rate was quoted by Expedia at the time of making the reservation on February 5th, 2024. The month of February is our busiest time of the year due to a large group in house in long term basis. When we had a few availabilities in the beginning of the month, the rate had been higher than the other months due to a high occupancy.I will definitely share your experiences in the room with the front desk and housekeeping leaders to review and to take care of to make sure this does not happen again. Uncomfortable bed and not enough cold water.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When taking a shower, the water turned cold before I was finished. The room was clean though.

The hidden gem

Very nice place to stay. The staff was good and check in was easy. The breakfast was nice and the pool and exercise room were an added bonus. Unfortunately the mattress was not very comfortable.
