After a day of hiking, fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, splashing in Lynx Creek (seasonal) or strolling by the many shops and restaurants along historic Whiskey Row you can come back to a private oasis and relax.
This spacious studio cabin provides ample room to get comfy with a queen bed and sitting area both within view of the smart TV and fireplace while the windows provide views of the trees and a beautiful cross-breeze.
Planning to workcation? You will find the dinning room table to be a great workspace with wifi.
When it's time for dinner either grill the fish you caught at Lynx Lake on the propane BBQ or use the microwave and hot plate to cook inside and enjoy an intimate meal for two in your cozy getaway.
Other Things to Note:
You will have the entire Little Lynx Cottage to yourself with the exception of one locked closet. With over 500 sq ft of indoor space and a deck to enjoy that spectacular view. The cottage is in the back corner of the property and faces away from the main house for privacy. The main house, Lynx Lodge can be rented out (depending on availability) allowing for a total of 16 guests.
Cell Phone Service: Service is spotty at best but the internet signal is strong so you can easily make wi-fi calls. Just go into your phone's settings, and turn on wi-fi calling - it's that easy.
Workcation: Little Lynx Cottage is equipped with high speed wi-fi and a table to comfortably work.
Accessibility: There are steps to enter the home.
Late Fall/Winter Stays: Little Lynx Cottage turns into a winter wonderland. We suggest that you drive a 4x4 vehicle to access the property during this time.
Safety: The cottage has a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguishers located inside and outside of the home for your safety. The fire station is a mile down the road. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest to ensure a comfortable and healthy stay.
Fires: Wood campfires are prohibited. The gas fireplace is temporarily unavailable. Wildfires and prescribed burns happen from time to time. Please check the City of Prescott's website for the most current information.
