They didn't have a gym, i enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfasts were very good.
I didnt appreciate all the work trucks and guys when I came in one night, being a single woman. However they were very quiet and respectful.

I have no complaints! The beds and pillows were 10/10 Comfortable. Our room was clean. And the staff was excellent! They offer a full breakfast buffet in the morning and have their own Market. This is where I will choose to stay when I visit this area.

Room is old and the dark paint is dreary. Room needs a good scrub down. It's grimy.

The room had a very strong cleaning smell to the point of irritation. A guest banged on our door twice after we gone to sleep looking for someone. There was a school group staying all around and above us so it was very noisy. The mattress was uncomfortable and I felt like I was sleeping in a trough. I managed to sleep 3 hours. The breakfast was good probably the only good thing about our stay, however, we won’t stay there again.

Get better WIFI and TV programming
Well the refrigerator had defrosted and flooded the room slightly, maintenance had soaked it up with towels but not cleaned up the mess. The WIFI is absolutely terrible and the Roku tv programming didn’t even work. My amazon firestick couldn’t pick up the crappy WIFI to work properly and I was stuck trying to watch tv programming that wouldn’t work properly at all.

This is the most PET FRIENDLY place we have ever stayed and we wont stay anywhere else in Prescott. They start serving a hot breakfast at 6am which we are very thankful for. The check in is so easy and they have a mini store inside the office. It is a little disappointing that they close the hot tun during the cold season but they have plenty of amentities to make up for it.

This was our first time staying at a Green Tree Inn. We originally picked this location because it was also the only motel in the area that allowed pets. A plus was that it also has the best price in the area. We were trying to decide if we were going to take advantage of the included hot breakfast or try one of the local restaurants recommended to us by our relatives. We were glad we stayed at the motel. Their hot breakfast was a good as other chains we have stayed at and better than many others. We will stay here again if going to Prescott Valley to visit relatives again.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the area and this one is by far the best, comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. I will be returning.
