You get what you pay for

Pros: Housekeeping staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was also delicious and well prepared
Location: Very close to shopping areas and restaurants
While this hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas, I was very disappointed at how run down the rooms and facilities were. My kids were anxious to jump in the pool but when they got there, it was quite filthy.

West Sedona

Posted 24-Apr-2015
Pros: Easy to find, close to shopping and eats on west side of town.
Cons: The breakfast could have had more items such as waffles and sweet rolls!
Location: Lots of great shopping in center and east side of town!
Nice facility. Close to restaurants and stores. The two bedroom suite was not as large as expected. The bathroom is only accessed by going into one of the bedrooms which made it a little awkward during the night. The other bed is in the living area. Only three chairs for four people. We would stay in two rooms next time.

Good for one night stay

Posted 21-Apr-2015
Perfect for one night. Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Bed and pillows comfortable. Carpet dirty and stained. Shower was nice but wouldn't want to sit in tub. Continental breakfast was great as we wanted to head home so we grabbed a muffin, bagel and fruit for the road

One of the worst experiences we've ever had

Posted 14-Apr-2015
Pros: The sheets were clean, and that's about it.
Cons: The entire facility needs to be renovated.
Location: We have lived in Prescott, we visited with friends, went to the Winery in Chino Valley, looked at real estate, ate at the Lone Spur, Tara's.
I have generally had good luck with rooms booked through Expedia. The front desk area of this Arizona Inn looked clean and cozy, but once we got to our room it became something different. Right outside our non-smoking room was a trash can filled and overflowing with trash and butts, the cigerette butts where all over the hall and we had to tell them at the front desk the next day to clean it up. My major complaint is the filty carpet in our room. (I have pictures of each of these complaints). It had a large black stain on it and I was afraid to walk on the carpet in my bare fee. My bed sagged, and the occupants of the room next to us where extremely loud, yelling, slamming doors, and we had to call down twice to get them to quite down. They also woke us up at 6:30 the next morning with more of the same. It is pretty evident that the management of this hotel doesn't have a clue on how to run a hotel. I have been to Motel 6's that were cleaner and more comfortable. This facility needs a complete renovation to say the least, including the out of date TV's which appeared to be about 10 years old, mattresses, and furnishings. The so called great price was not worth it. I have requested a complete refund for having to sleep in such a mess. It gives me the creeps everytime I think of it. Had we had the time we would have found another hotel.

Good basic hotel

Posted 23-Mar-2015
We travel to Prescott often, this is first time that we have stayed here. The hotel looks a little dated when you arive but the staff was nice when we checked in our room was clean. We were there for three days and the room was always cleaned with fresh towels and sheets. I'm not sure about the breakfast they offer because I don't travel to a place to eat Hotel food. If your looking for a place to get a good nights sleep then I would go here.

Pleasant visit, good facilities, clean room

Posted 13-Mar-2015
Pros: clean, convenient, friendly staff.
Everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and very helpful when, due to incorrect information on the Expedia website, there were four reservations made for the one room we wanted! When checking in, we discovered the hotel offered a rate of $59.99 per night, but the lowest rate offered on Expedia was significantly higher.
