Great location

Pros: See above.
Cons: More cups for coffee in room, more clothes hangers in room.
Location: As stated above, the location worked good for us.
Smooth check-in, room was nice as was the provided breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Not for families

Staff very pleasant. Room was ok. However, strongly suspect that this motel used by long term tennents. Constantly saw people smoking in the common areas near nonsmoking rooms. Often saw a disheveled man squatting on a rock pile behind the hotel. Do not let your kids or young adults roam around unsupervised.

A very nice place to stay

It seems to be a older hotel, needs a little painting on outside hallway ceilings. But we were very comfortable, nice continental breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Dennys restaurant next door, CVS right across the street. We will be staying again on our next trip.

Cute landscaping and newish bedding/towels.

Pros: All the amenities I could need and a very friendly staff.
Cons: The bathrooms could use a facelift.
Location: Lots of shopping. Golfing. Wandering downtown Prescott is fun.
Right from the beginning, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with small fridge/microwave/iron & board/hair dryer/coffee maker. They also have a continental breakfast room. It's 2-story buildings with no elevators, so we had to request a ground floor room because my husband uses a walker, and got stuck with only 1 queen bed. BUT, I hadn't requested ground floor with my reservation, so it was my fault. We could have moved for our 2nd night, but the room was actually very comfy and moving is such a hassle. It's a very cute western themed property, with corral-type fences around lots of trees. Parking is right at your door. They also have a nice pool, but we didn't use it. There are also laundry facilites available. It's about 10 miles from downtown Prescott in Prescott Valley, so possibly not convenient for some travelers. I would stay again if visiting the area, even though there are LOTS of other places to choose, just because it was clean and everyone was so friendly!

This hotel is in need of a makeover. But you get what you pay for.

It was quite and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. Staying up there for a baseball tourney and it worked out great. Was not to far from good places to eat and shop.

Comfy bed, easy access to local needs

The hotel is next to a gas station so try to ask for a room that doesn't face it or the highway. It might be noisy. Overall, it was very comfortable. The pool looked clean and well maintained but didn't get a chance to use it.
