The only plus of this place is its central location. The minuses far outweigh the pluses, which made the whole experience horrible. Very very bad wi-fi. It's very noisy in the room because of the main road. The room is dirty - thick layer of dust inside the radiator and ventilator in the shower room. Bed linen are old and musty smelling. The shower holder is broken and taped with a celotape. There is a kettle in the room but no mugs provided. TV shows only 4 Czech channels, but 2 of them don't have proper sound. And the worst 'feature' of this Pension is their receptionist. I've never met a more unhelpful, rigid, almost 'Soviet Union' style receptionist. For example, they provide a very small breakfast to the room. You have to go to the reception every morning and ask for your breakfast. When I asked the receptionist if I could have my breakfast at 9am every day, she said 'no'. When I asked why, she said that;s the way they do things here. When I came to her in the morning, she made a point of not replying to me initially and make me wait for whatever she was doing first. Of course, she did not have the printer and of course, she didn't know where I could find an internet cafe. The most unhelpful horrible receptionist ever. For those who state that you get what you pay for, well, I moved afterwards to the Old Rubicon Pension just 5 min away. The price is the same, but what a difference in everything - clean bed linen, quiet, good wi-fi and a friendly service..
