The apartments are centrally situated, within walking distance from bus and train stations as well as main tourist attractions. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and available until 22h00 at night. The apartments are well maintained and clean.

Would stay again.
Great location located very close to Old Town Square (15 minute walk). The parking lot is cheap (€13 equivalent per day and about 9 minutes from the hotel). Room was clean, shower was hot and beds were comfortable. For €4 breakfast is good. Nothing fancy but will definitely fill you up and save money in food in town.

Within 10 mins walking distance to the main area of the city (shopping complex) and only another 5 mins to walk to the Old Town Square. Stayed 7 days and it was a quiet location at night during the stay. Note : they do ask for a 2500 koruna deposit (can pay by card) on arrival but this is returned at the end if there's no damage/loss that incurs costs.

A Hidden Gem

Great price and location!
Great if you want a cheap hotel to use as a base for going out into Prague. Just on the border of old and new town meant you weren't too far away from most of the main sights in Prague. Hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. It was great for us, mainly used as a place to wash, dress and sleep. We spent a great deal of time out of the the hotel seeing Prague but the facilities although basic could not be faulted for what we needed them for. Don't expect five star but the kitchenette was clean and well equipped with everything you would need to whip up a quick meal. Bathroom was clean and very usable, great shower. My only gripe would be that the bed was a little firm for my taste but I still slept well enough. As for everything else, it could not be faulted for the price. (Well maybe the TV, the only channel in English was CNN and there is only so much US news I can watch, haha.)

Prague stay at Aparthotel
The ventilation in room 11 is very stuffy. Breakfast is decent which costs 4 Euros pp. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient walking distance to Central train station, bus station Florenc, and to old town, and shopping areas. Supermarkets Lidl is just around the corner. Ladies working at front desk are all very nice.

Comfortable stay
Nice location close to train station. Room was satisfactory with clean linen and comfortable bed. Shared a bathroom with the neighboring room which came as a surprise but was alright in the end. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable and they stored our luggage the next day when we went sightseeing before our trip home.

Fine,no thrills Apartment.

Excellent location, great staff.
Super basic and I wasn’t personally a fan of the shared bathroom but only because the neighboring guests treated it like an extrension of their room and didn’t respect the space.

A short walk from Florenc bus terminal. Shared bathroom and pantry with other rooms. Sound insulation is bad, no air con but when window open can heard the other room talk clearly. Reception is courteous. Also short walk to city center.

Arrived at around 12pm (check in was 3pm) - The staff member behind the desk was very helpful, managed to check in early as a room was already made up. Very helpful with providing us all with information on how to get about etc and if we had any concerns.

Room was clean enough, nice location approx 20 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and half hour walk from Old Town. Friendly staff at the counter and they let us store our bags after we checked out as flight was later. The wifi didn't really work, might be as our apartment was right at the back, but there's enough free wifi in restaurants etc for it to not really be an issue... The floor was quite dirty and could've done with a mop over, but overall we would stay again :-) beds comfy and the pillows were HUUUGE

Reception is really helpful even before I arrived. I arrived outside the opening hours but the receptions waited until I could check-in properly with warm welcome. Room is nice and clean but a little bit cold, sleeping under the balnket is warm enough. Toilet is also clean and a little bit cold. Overall is wonderful and would like to stay here again in other occasion. Supermarket available nearby. No elevator in the house, but there is no problem with me. Very recomended. Thank you.

A great place to stay
I stayed here for five nights during the first week of October, and found the apartment ideal for my needs. The apartments are located in a quiet side street close to the Old Town, and a few minutes walk from the Metro. As a somewhat older traveller, who needs her sleep and peace and quiet this fitted the bill perfectly for me. They are evidently very popular, which is always a good sign. I booked my apartment a good six months in advance, and there were only a few left then, with the remainder gone within a week. I stayed in apartment 33a which is on the top floor. The apartments are basically like small studio flats with a shared bathroom with the apartment across the hall. The apartment had a nice comfy double bed (twins can be requested instead) with a lovely warm duvet, a small kitchen area and a TV with table and chairs. The kitchen was more than adequate for my needs, with a few electric rings, plus a microwave and fridge and all the equipment that I needed to cook at least the basics. The bathroom too was fine with a lovely hot shower. There is no lift, so I can see that getting up the stairs for those with lots of luggage may be a problem, but for me it was fine, as I like to travel light. While there was at times some noise from the apartment next door, it didn't mar my sleep too much. The street itself was certainly very quiet given its proximity to the Old Town.

great budget hotel
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, I stayed with 3 friends for a long weekend.Clean and tidy and comfortable. Only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would stay here again if I came back to Prague

I really liked my stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. I rented a room with a shared bathroom. I never ran into any issues with the other people staying in the same adjoining rooms. The only negative thing is there wasn't any air conditioning in the room. This was probably my own fault for not paying attention to the description of the hotel, but I did notice a lot of places in Prague don't have air conditioning. Since I was on the second floor and there were bars on the window I just opened the window to let in some fresh air and everything was just fine. I really liked how convenient the location was to public transportation and also some really good restaurants (K the Two Brothers - Best Indian food I've ever had). Also, on a few of the mornings when I was pressed for time, I paid to have the breakfast there at Aparthotel Davids and it was good. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located close to the city centre with main attractions of Prague. The room was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were clean daily. All looks even better than in the photos. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

Nice apartment
The reception lady was a bit cheeky when we arrived. She tried to take more money for an extra person (in total 3 of us) for an apartment available for up to 5 people. But after a phone call to her boss she changed her mind The staying was great, very good location, bed sheets and towels were changed daily. I would reccommend it
