Beautiful, modern apartment in quiet characterful building. Extremely clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Felt more spacious due to the high ceilings. Five star hotel vibe with new high-end decor & furnishings. Great central location, easy walk to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful location. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A washing machine is a plus, but no dryer. Racking the clothing is enough to dry them overnight. Good breakfast buffet at the sister hotel across the road. Only down points is parking. I had to park at the nearby Central Parking Prague about 4 mins away. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to haul them from the checkin hotel and walk across cobblestones (will kill the wheels) and up a small flight of steps at the apartment.

Just returned from a long weekend and the accommodation was excellent! Great value for money, clean and the location was excellent. Check in was smooth and any questions or requests answered promptly. The apartment had everything you needed and felt very spacious. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was a really great place to stay and so unique! Great location, close to transport options but also walkable to the main attractions. Instructions to get there were easy to follow as was check in. The apartment itself was in great condition and lots of nice little touches. Would definitely recommend!

We highly recommend these apartments. So clean, comfortable , stylish. Beautiful building, well thought out from the front door to the apartment. There really is nothing bad to say. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely surprise of processco for my husbands birthday. We walked to everywhere from the apartment but you were also only a few minouts from tram stops, and about 5-10 minutes from a metro stop. Perfect location in a beautiful city xxx

The apartment was gorgeous, and very clean. Bed was comfy. There was working going on updating some of the other apartments and we didn't hear anything at all - they obviously picked their builders very wisely. We did need more coffee than provided as you only get one pod each per day which only makes a small cup, but both the cleaners and reception were happy to sort us with more. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic apartments in a great location
Communication from the hotel was excellent and we were able to arrange an airport transfer in advance. The driver was amazing and gave us a warm welcome off our delayed flight. Check in was easy and the apartment was great.. very well equipped. Comfy bed, great shower, even a dishwasher and washing machine. Location was perfect. Lots of options to eat and drink nearby and a 15min walk to the old town. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re staying in Prague.

We booked a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. A few days before our trip I asked the hotel for an apartment with air-conditioning. The check in was very easy, across the street at the Mosaic House. They gave us an apartment on the 3rd floor with ac, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths!! The apartment was smartly furnished and very comfortable and super clean. Walk to city center about 20 minutes. Staff very accomdating. There are lots if cafes in the same block for breakfast and yummy croissants.

Great hotel however my problem is with expedia not the hotel. When i booked my hotels i specifically asked for washer and dryer...expedia assumes that "hotel laundry services" is the same but it is NOT. I need a washer and a dryer INSIDE my unit for my own use.

We stated at MOOOo Downtown for three nights. Overall, the entire experience was charming. A cute apartment in Old Town—it was clean, and felt quite safe. A few things—this property is not handicapped accessible, with the elevator only reachable after climbing some stairs. Pay attention to the check in instructions! I didn’t and had a hard time (you check in at the mosaic). While overall, clean, housekeeping did not show up after our second night 😐 All in all, almost a 5-star.

Stayed in the apartment at the hotel and it was well equipped for our stay and was kept very clean. The hotel itself is a lovely looking building and the cow themed paintings and decorations were great. They set up the airport taxi for us with no problem what so ever and it is within walking distance of old and new town plus the castle and petrin park.

Property was fantastic! Great location, incredibly spacious apartment with great fittings and it was spotless! They even had a bottle on fizz on ice for us when we arrived. I would stay there again on my next visit to Prague!

Really nice apartments. Good quality mod cons. Cleanliness is good but could be a little better, found quite a few hairs in the bathroom and bedroom, and a child’s sock under one radiator. Rooms are cleaned daily. Locations is pretty good, walkable distances or accessible to trams. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The apartments and Hotel Mosaic are not very accessibility -friendly. Many stairs to get up to the apartments (there is then a lift). Stairs in the hotel, no ramp. Doors quite narrow for prams and wheelchairs. But would stay again and would recommend.

Olga and Yan were so helpful! The flats are in great condition, stylish and are equipped with quality linens. I would suggest they check the hot water in the showers as it would run out quickly. Other than that, thanks for an amazing stay!

Well located, very good property, with good facilities. Comfortable and safe area. Hot water didn’t last long in the shower, my only issue. Recommended

Couldn’t fault this property. Everything about it was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything that was needed throughout our stay. There were 2 TVs in our apartment and both had Netflix. It was within walking distance to Prague old and new town. Thank you so much for our stay!

Highly recommend!!
The apartments were fab!! Great style, contemporary, smart tv with Netflix, modern, tall ceilings, close to restaurants and bars. Only 12mins to Old Town. Perfect!
