This hotel is in a genuine neighborhood - not the tourist center. Everything is functional and there are great transport links. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, nice local neighborhood
This is the second time we have stayed at the Henrietta. Both times, we found it very clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location, as far as we are concerned. It is part of an authentic local neighborhood with things you need (grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc.). It is quiet and out of the city center but you can go anywhere walking and.or via metro or tram. The staff is helpful but not nosy. The only complaint is that despite the fact that is a non-smoking hotel, the guests are allowed to smoke right outside the front door - which they frequently leave open- and it drafts up into the hallways.

this hotel should never have 3.5 furniture is like from communist time, mattress the cheapest on the Earth, furniture for refrigerator but empty, night front dest personal He was extremely rude, when I get and come back to hotel after midnight, hotel did not accepted reservation from website hotels.com and I have been charge again.

A great Hotel - AT ONE TIME
The Hotel was comfortable but jaded. It is in need of redecoration. It took 2 days to get a bedlight bulb for my wife and 4 days to get the shower fixed. Our thanks to the receptionist for her help in this.

Exactly what you would expect for €15 a night. Everything was ok, hotel was a bited dated and nothing was exceptional. WiFi was shockingly bad though. Shower was the best surprise, probably the nicestest thing about the hotel. Have to say it was very easy to get around Prague from here with tram and metro lines 2/3 minutes walk away. Would I stay again? Probably not. Suited my purpose of staying cheap this time but next time I would spend a bit more and find somewhere more modern.

Goid location, big clean room
We stayed for two nights. The decor is dated and damaged at places but the room was very clean, and really big. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Location was perfect, it was in a quiet area very clise to tram, bys and underground. Lots of pubs and shops around as well. Good value for money.

a place to stay in Prague - low price but ok
Hotel a little tired, but breakfast good, staff helpful. Bathroom OK with good powerful shower - but we went to Prague for the city, food ( ate out) beer and romance. We only slept & had breakfast at hotel so it was great for that. Been there before, went back again. It did what we wanted perfectly. We'll go back again.

Great 3 stars Hotel!
Me and my wife been for 5 nights in November 2015 in this hotel and enjoyed it! The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from "Kobylisy " metro station , so you have no problem with traveling to the city center. The hotel is an excellent choice for travelers that expecting from the hotel the basics functionality : sleep, shower , warm and tasty breakfast. The hotel is very clean , the room is being cleaned every day, fresh towels and everything. The breakfast is descant and warm , everyday you will receive : Eggs , sausages ,cheese , ham , fresh vegetables and fruits , bread , granola, spread cheese , honey , fresh coffee and tea , and many more. I can conclude : If you planning to visit the hotel for basic needs and most of your time will be in Prague exploring you should consider "Henrietta " hotel as a candidate. Hope this summery will help you ! Enjoy Prague!

Rooms are dirty Bad wifi signal in the rooms. Old furniture and carpets. Elevator is scary. Hotel's door is closed at 11:00 pm. o'clock. Never again in this hotel. Just close to metro station.

We stayed at hotel Henrietta for 11 days. It was a great place to call home base as it was close to all public transportation and very close to the people we were visiting. The room was ok. It had a private bath and the staff cleaned pretty much every day. There were some cob webs in the corners or the rooms and the T.V. And furniture were a bit outdated. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. Really, for the money...it was a good value. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The only complaint I might have is that the wifi was very spotty which made it hard to do anything on the internet.

Close to tram & train - good budget hotel
Hotel is a little worse for wear but it is good value for money. Breakfast was great, but would be nice to be able to grab a coffee (even from a vending machine) or to have a jug available so you can make your own when you get back to the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. Would definitely recommend to budget travellers

Good place to eat and relax away from the city
We took a bike city tour with City tour bikes. It gave us some history, art, and lay of the land. Then we rented bikes for 2 more days to get to all our sights. 27 km of river cycle paths and up to the palace.

More like hostel than hotel, graffiti ridden
Well where do we begin, bought this for my wife's father 60th birthday...complimentary wifi?? Haha had to pay for a non existent signal, photos on here must be from 15 years ago!, graffiti all over front of building, non existent bar/restaurant, been closed for 2 years apparently yet still advertising on here as available, doors locked 12am so if your late it's tough s@@t as you're locked out for the night apparently, cable tv in the room was terrible, could barely make out a picture on it, staffed by 4 staff only who were quite rude, reception was always in darkness, all curtains/blinds shut all day. Definate complaint being drawn up, avoid if your expecting anything more than 1 star

Pleased with the hotel: value for money, 10 min drive from the city centre, relatively quiet neighbourhood (tramline in adjacent street), friendly staff. Room's furniture and decor were a bit worn and required re-decoration and the room's cleanliness wasn't superior. Please mind there is limited number of places in the hotel's underground carpark and you may be asked to live your car key at the reception if leaving your car in there. We parked our car on street in front of the building for 2 nights and it was ok.

My sister and me stayed at Henrietta hotel for 3 nights in June 2014. Hotel is small but clean ;our room was nice and good size for 2 people with private bathroom. Very good ,fresh breakfast with polite staff. Location very good - walking distance to Metro. Neighbourhood poor but quiet.

Overall experience ok but staffs' customer service skill should be improved. One receptionist with the longer hair really needs to improve her attitude of helping customers.I asked for how to get to the castle,she was not interested in providing the information and very impatient from the very beginning.Also we asked a very young girl who was on night shift that night to give us a morning call the next morning as we had early flight. The girl was late half an hour to call us without even said sorry. staff need to improve their customer service skill for sure. They were very cold. They do not have any facial expression when they see you in and out of the hotel.

There aren't air-condition or fan in the rooms. Room temperature is 35 C in August. Bad wifi signal in the rooms. Old furniture and carpets. Elevator is scary. Hotel's door is closed at 11:00 pm. o'clock. Never again in this hotel. Just close to metro station.

Don' t get misleaded by 40eur/night, in fact is quite expensive: 3*hotel rooms without freezer, cathodic tube tv with 5 channels available, no AC in the room; no bathroom ventilation. underground parking: yes, but for 8eur/day; front hotel free parking for max. 6 cars only, when no tours bus is parked there "bkfst w AC": horrible something noted by hosts like "coffee"; poorish menu; AC vent at max. and freezing (when local temp. 17-21 degrs.C). large very noisy groups coming/going, drunk people speaking out very loud in front of hotel at 2 am., no reaction from the front desk staff, all time simply decorating the space, just answering to "hello".

Budget hotel near metro station
We chose this hotel as it was very cheap compared to the ones located in the city center while being a walking distance from the metro station, thus allowing a comfortable access to the center. It turned out that trams are very efficient in Prague, thus the metro is not a must (though we did used it quite a lot as it is a bit faster). When we checked in at night we were very disappointed as our room had a strong smell of smoking, and we had to open the window fully to be able to sleep. The smell passed after a day or two. The rooms are very simple but we don't need more than that. The breakfast was more than reasonable for this class of hotels, and the room itself was very clean and in good condition (other than the smoking smell). Hotel staff was helpful, and desktop internet is available near the reception for free. It was quiet at night in general, except some guests going out of the hotel for a smoke right under our window. Nothing to do in the neighbourhood itself, but as said, hotel very close to tram and metro to the city (15-25 min. ride to city center).

Good value hotel near a station but not much else
This hotel is great value, well run, has comfortable (but dated rooms) and is near the station (7 min walk) which is good because there does not seem to be much else around other than one or two restaurants near the station. The included breakfast is ok but nothing special. Rooms are medium sized, comfortable but the heater was broken in ours so it was on all the time which isn't great when it is 25 degrees outside.
