Before using Expedia, I called this property to see if any rooms were available (my company has a corporate rate) - I was told "no" so I searched Expedia in the area and it turned out that there were several rooms available here. Whatever. I check in, am asked to pay for the room with my credit card (doesn't Expedia collect the payment?) and after paying am told that there's no A/C. Fine. Settle into my room to work on our company's server, NOPE, internet doesn't work. Use my phone to check my credit card statement, and was billed by both Expedia and the hotel. Go to the front desk to request a refund for their billing, NOPE, they can't process it. What a joke. I'll be gosh-darned if I'm over-charged for this subpar establishment. I'll certainly never stay here again.
