On check in my key card would not open outside door got it reactivated still not working had to get a new card. Tried to rest after a long days drive kids running and screaming till 2230 and babies crying not a quiet hotel should have a wing for adults only no kids

Staff were super friendly. Room was quiet, clean, and was able to adjust the temperature. I had an excellent meal at the tap room and in the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again and refer people here.

Its a nice little getaway. Great hotel with waterslide. Friendly staff. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Convenient, the dislike was a coffee machine was full of stinky water and and coffee filters so was unable to use coffee machine.

We had the family suite and it is huge huge and lovely. The bathroom has walk in shower and full size jacuzzi tub. There is a full size dining table with 7 chairs. I have never seen a suite so large and was so very comfortable. We were slow to get in due to staffing issues and the fact they are redoing floors on the main floor but workers and staff were very co-operative and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Easy access. The restaurant is only open for restricted hours but the breakfast was fabulous.

Pool area was very cold, couldn’t take our daughter swimming for more than 15 min without being too cold. When we arrived for our check in time we were originally told our wait would be 45min, then it changed to right away when we complaned, but were given a room on a different floor, dining area seemed to not be open while we were there either. Room was good, but fun old food in the fridge and one of the tiles around the ‘fireplace’ wasn’t secure.

It needs a lot of work. The rooms were pretty grim and badly in need of an update. The exterior is literally crumbling in some places.

Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Sound insulation wasn’t great and loud talking from the common area carried into the room. However, it didn’t continue long, so maybe the staff is attentive and asks loud folks to tone down! It was a good stay.

Worst experience! This was our first and last time in this hotel. When we arrived 15 mins early, we were told that check in starts at 4pm and rooms were not yet available . So, we’re ok with that though that was the 1st time that we were treated that way. Then, we decided to checked nearby places and grabbed food and snacks. We went back around 4:30pm and rooms were not ready still. We booked 2 rooms and none of them were ready. We were given complimentary drinks while waiting but no estimate what time it will be available. 2 hours waiting and Rooms were available around 6pm! Unbelievable! And they can’t even accommodate us for late check out. When we got in our rooms, not fully cleaned. Plastic forks and tissue were under the table and hairs in the bathroom. We just didn’t bother complaining more as we were already tired and the manager can’t even help us with anything.when we requested for late check out. We were told she can extend til 12nn. That’s it. Price value not worth it, rooms were dated nothing special with the hotel. Pool was ok, not even enough towels for guests.
