My boyfriend and I are simple people and we have a different outlook on hotels than most. We book them just to sleep and move on so we don’t care about all the bells and whistles. This is a motel that you stay one night in and move on. It serves its purpose which is a bed and walls. Even we wouldn’t stay for more than one night. If you’re the type that requires modern, well kept, or even any type of extra hospitality this is not the place. There are people staying here because they have no other choice, we stayed here because we are cheap and would rather spend our money on other things.

This hotel had no blankets ,only 1 top sheet (2beds), and only had 1 towel 1 bath mat no wash clothes I actually had to go buy sheets blankets and towels , plus a unexpected $50 deposit ( do not lose receipt) they won’t give the cash deposit back

When we checked in, we paid for 4 people for one room. I asked if we could have four towels in our room, one for each person. The man at the desk said he had no access to the towels. When we got to our room, we found there was only one towel and nothing else. No washcloth. No cups. No soap. No shampoo. In the morning, we told the new man at the front desk that we only had one towel for four people, even though we had paid for four people to stay. He was indignant, unfriendly and showed that he did not care about the experience. And all around, not nice at all. For this experience, I thought that I should be given at least a small refund or a I’m sorry. Unacceptable behavior from the staff.

This hotel offers dirty linen, non working amenities and roommates( cockroaches).probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. Not to mention security trying to break in at 2 am because they wrote down the wrong room number and having to produce my Expedia confirm information while I was half asleep. So we didn’t get kicked out. and we asked for clean linen and they wouldn’t give us any.

What a dump! The room I was given must have been trashed before I got there. Smoke detector was in the drawer, no provisions to hang up clothes, no lights on the night stands, one set of electric that ran all electrical items in the room, no electric plugs by the bed so I could plug my CPAP machine in. All of this is just a start of all the bad things about this place. Expedia can't even contact this place or they are just not answering their phone. Was told I would be getting a refund for the nights I couldn't use but as of today, 4/5/24, haven't heard a thing.If I could give it a 0 for the rating, I would have. Expedia, take this hotel off your listing of hotels in the Tampa/Port Richey area, PLEASE!!!!

This place is horrible! I used expedia and paid up front as I normally do. But now I will pay when I get to a place because I did not get a refund. The hotel is unsafe and unclean for children or adults for that matter. Staff made me wait thirty minutes to check in because they are cleaning the rooms. Which in fact looked like they threw the covers back and called it a day. I highly recommended something else.

Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes…floors were dirty, dirt piled up in corners, stains…towels and mats were stained. Arrived at 2:20pm and told I could not check in till 3:30…while a sign posted by the front desk says rooms are available at 2pm. “Free wifi” was not strong enough to reach rooms, had to resort to a hotspot. You get what you pay for, or in this caae, much less.

My original room front window was open and when I tried to secure it there was no locking mechanism, there was no microwave and the door was flimsy. The replacement room had an unmade bed, the front door apparently had been forcibly opened, the bathroom door dragged on the floor, etc. we were so tired and frustrated with our rooms that I went to Walmart and bought my own soap and Lysol to disinfect the entire room and I slept fully dressed on top of the bed linen, and didn’t use the soiled towels to take a shower. I actually washed my self using the sink and my own towels. I had purchased the room online using Expedia and it was a non-refundable purchase, and I was so tired that I simply tough it out. Sadly it was the first boys only out of town trip for me and my 15 year old son, but because he was simply too excited about our adventures I kepted a smile on my face and didn’t express outwardly how I was upset. Both rooms that we went into that night were rooms that needed renovation and security issues with broken doors. I actually pushed the table in front of our door to slow any possible threat that may have tried to forcibly enter our already pushed in flimsy door. Thank God I didn’t have to actually go to war with anyone . Be careful with this place. I really would like a refund.

there was drug activity on the property. The security guards were busy keeping unwanted visitors from entering while all that was going on. the bath tub was rusted, the linens were stained with brown and black marks. there was only one sheet on the bed with a moth eaten blank folded up at the end of the bed. This property should not be available to anyone who values their life.

This property was outdated, they demanded to have us pay $50.00 cash deposit. Which was absurd. We reserved a non smoking room and received a room smelling like smoke, they were burnt holes on the furniture and 1 towel to only use. Was told they give 1 towel for king room. The internet did not work, the TV did not work. There was no phone to call the front desk so you had to walk to front office. When we got there there were other people complaining about similar problems. This site should not be advertised, if so it should receive a negative Star rating.
