Je vous deconseille de séjourner dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est infecte , le SAV et leur responsable sont irrespectueux. Lors de mon séjour du 25 Dec 2023, le climatiseur n'a pas arrêter d'émettre un bruit incessant comme dans une usine a partir de minuit quand je l'ai eteint la chaleur était insupportable. Le lendemain matin, J'en ai fait part au responsable du SAV qui ne s'est même pas excusé et m'a clairement expliqué que ca peut arriver. J'ai trouvé ça irrespectueux et a laissé l'hotel de suite.

I didn't like the noise of the AC, i can't sleep because too much noise by the AC. Lock boxe didn't worked also and some other stuffs not works as well. The staff is excellent and the property is clean.

Dear Samy, We acknowledge your comment regarding the service.We would like to clarify that the reason why you gave us such a poor rating is due to the fact that the hotel policy was violated. Our Night Manager had to inform you that you are not allowed to bring any drinks that were not purchased purchased at the hotel in the pool area.As you know we do have a restaurant and bar that is open during our pool hours to be able to accommodate our guests. We really regret that this misunderstanding had to get the point of such a poor review, as you are a regular customers of ours. We also regret that the reason was not clarified in your review.

Front Desk was amazing, we loved Westerline. She was able to accommodate all our needs & requests. Restaurant did not have good food, but luckily there was nearby restaurants.

The men and women at the front desk are very professional and nice. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Besides that, the pool is extremely small without depth markers which is a big safety issue. Foods are very expensive and options are limited. Some of the employees in the morning are unbelievably rude in the kitchen. "No" is their favorite answer to any question you ask them. I have had better experience at different hotels in that area.
