I rented this room for 1 night while passing through, for $248.00 a night!!! Room 300. No elevators and our SHOWER DIDNT WORK!!! When i brought it up to the lady at the front desk (now it was checkout time we didnt have time to wait around) she said "yes it does work it does this all the time" (with a super unpleasant tone)... i had a VIDEO showing it actually does not work. No apology, sympathy, courtesy, nothing. She just kept telling me it does this all the time and to carry all our things back up the satirs and shell "show me". As i stated we didnt have any more time to spend trying to get showers ..Worst customer service ever, worst room ever, worst RATE ever. Just save yourself and dont do it. I would never again rent a room from any super 8.

The room, price, and staff were great. My only complaint was they no longer serve breakfast as was advertised on expedia's website. They did offer a granola bar and juice or coffee but I dont consider this breakfast. Expedia needs to change this on their website.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very quiet. We prefer a soft bed and this was far from that. If you like a firm bed you'll love it. Some furnishings were dated and quality of some updates was less than stellar (for example, the paint really needed a second coat). Overall, it was clean and quiet, so for the price, I'm more than satisfied.

Overall good. No breakfast served. Clean.
Overall good stay. Firm matress, could use a topper. No elevator so you will need to carry all of your stuff upstairs, we had quite a bit of things as traveling with our 18 month old. We were disappointed that we did not get breakfast either of the 2 days we stayed. Their breakfast room said the hours were from 6-10, we showed up both mornings at 9 and there was nothing set up. No food offered. Looked and smelled clean. Overal we would stay again with different expectations.

We actually no longer serve breakfast as it not required buy our franchise. But we do offer Tea coffee and juice with granola bars and the restaurant Joshuas next door does offer a 10% discount for our guests and they open at 7am

Good location - pretty central for our needs. Things seemed clean (beds, bathroom, floor), but our room did not smell good. We couldn’t pinpoint the smell - if it was a musty heater / fan, or just an older building, but it made the stay less enjoyable.

Great place to stay for exploring Olympic Nat Park. Douglas is a cutie..very relaxed kitty cat. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean. No frills. Just the basics. But if youre out exploring thats all you need. Staff very nice. I would def stay again.

The staff is attentive. The cat is the star of the show. The heater in the rooms is not temperature controlled, so one needs to fiddle with the knobs to get it right. Breakfast is limited; not much of a selection.

Room was pretty clean. Bed was ok, pillows were nice. Heat/AC unit was loud but liked that it had a fan setting. Breakfast room was not maintained in the morning, cereal left on the floor and counters were not cleaned. Minimal selection for breakfast. Overall it was fine for our one night stay.

Mr. Douglas Fur is the star of the show at Super 8! He greets everyone and makes sure they feel a warm welcome. ALL of the ladies at Super 8 were lovely and enjoyable to chat with as well! The beds are comfy and the waffle's are a great bonus! We truly enjoy staying here.
