This is a great resort only if you have the swim up. The food was okay. Most of the bar staff were great. Waitresses walking pool side rarely came by even if you tipped well. The beach was unusable but not the fault of resort. Clean property. We didn’t have hot water our entire stay but was about the same temp as the pool so it wasn’t the worst. I did call front desk a few times but it wasn’t going to ruin our stay. Bellhops were amazing and friendly. One big and I mean big thing is there’s no timeshare people or presentation.

We come back time after time because of the staff. We have made so many friends with the staff which makes the trip so much more relaxing. Our return trips have nothing to do with Expedia.

I gave this property a 5 star all around a year ago. Now its a 3 becausr i had a clogged toilet several times, 2 roaches in my room, and my whole family except 1 person was served raw salmon. Itll be my last stay

This resort is a truely 5 star.Beautiful and clean,great service and delicious food options without needing to make reservations.Great nightly shows.Beautiful rooms and swimout was a plus. Only down side was pools and swimouts close at 8pm which is very early and they could use more games and activities throughout the resort like board games,table games and casino. Staff was kind and nice.Overall great adult resort.

The property itself is very nice. It has beautiful landscaping and the rooms are nice. The bed is decently comfortable however the pillows are like rocks. As far as the beach is concerned, it is not usable. There was not a single person using the beach due to the amount of seaweed. Also, if you’re hoping to be able to see the ocean from your room it is not possible from the resort as the beach is a far walk from the property. If you are handicapped, the beach is also not accessible. The food and drinks are not super impressive. Also, men must have pants and close toed shoes to go to the restaurant which seems odd considering women can wear whatever they want. Overall the staff and the resort are nice but due to the beach alone, I would not return if you’re looking for a beautiful beach, this is not the hotel for you.

This was a birthday trip for my husband. We had a great time. Very clean very quiet. Staff is very helpful and kind. Our only surprise was that men have a dress code in the restaurant's. Long pants, close toes shoe and no tank tops. I on the other hand could wear whatever I wanted.

Property exceeding my expectations for the price. Upon arrival we were welcomed with our VIP Expedia free drink and cool towels. Check in was super easy, room was very big and clean. We also had a balcony view which I didn’t expect. The food options were great the restaurants were pretty decent, the breakfast and dinner buffet was okay nothing great but also nothing to complain about. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to help us with our excision information and transportation too and from the airport. The over all grounds were really well kept. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach but they did there best to clean it in the mornings, come evening it was piled up again but that’s out of their control. It was also nice having access to the sister resort, they offer jet ski rentals down on their beach which was awesome. The night club was kinda ehh but if you drink enough it’s fun lol, the fire show was really cool. The pool activities and pool area were very nice. Overall a great vacation for the price. I would stay again

If you want a beach AT ALL, go somewhere else. I've never seen such a mess. The seaslug and seaweed was so extreme that you could not walk the beach and could not get in the water. It smelled like raw sewage. Unclean grounds. Trash, empty cups, cigarette butts, wrappers and everything you can imagine laying everywhere in the common areas and in planters for DAYS. Housekeeping took our towels (including pool towels) every day and we had to go to the front desk (who didn't answer our phone call for a straight 15 minute attempt) to request replacements. Such an inconvenience and disappointment. You can tell that this probably USE TO BE a nice place...it's not being properly cared for. Staff seems grumpy and not customer service focused like we have experienced in other resorts in this area. The ONLY staff member worth the stay was the bartender Jeremias in the bar attached to LaBruchetta. Go anywhere else - Give someone else your money.

This resort was absolutely amazing! From the minute we got there we were greeted with cold towels and champagne making the welcoming feel excellent from the start. Excellent food choices that were changed daily at the buffet and the Rodeo grill was the best! Spa was very good and the daily activities were awesome. Always night shows or events that were great. Room cleaning daily was very good and facility was clean and well kept up with. No complaints here as this was an excellent resort that I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

The staff was accommodating and professional . We were upgraded to a room with jacuzzi . The room was walking distance to the pool with swim up bar . There were several pools to choose from . All the restaurants were close and had great choices , even for those who were vegan/vegetarian . The drinks were great ! I loved the passion fruit margaritas . The breakfast buffet was the best in my opinion . Lunch and dinner were hit or miss . The Rodeo Grill was nothing to write home about . The ocean was ok . I walked a bit further down to the sister property and enjoyed the water since the Yucatán entrance was a bit rocky and had a bunch of seaweed . The nightly entertainment was pretty good . Reggae Night and the Fire Show are nights you should arrive early for good seats .

This was one of the worse stays I’ve had in my life. The food was horrible. If you like Italian pasta served with bean sprouts every time this is the place for you! Service is VERY hit or miss. There are some amazing people who work here and seem to really care about the guests - on the other hand, there are some others who really don’t care at all. The Air conditioner barely works and they will not try to help with offering a fan - they actually told me they have no fans that they could offer for our stay which is hard to believe in Mexico. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be back.

food was very good! not a real 5 star. No towel service, pool chairs are dirty, swim outs are in the same pool as everyone, nothing private. Had no hot water for a week. Room service took minimum an hour to arrive. No waiter service around the pools, only when the barman decides to go around but then no one at the bar. fun week, friendly staff, good food but not a 5 star.

Service was great there was only one staff member whom I felt was rude and one that didn’t want to be there every other staff member was smiling and happy to help us with anything The food could have been way better the food at the buffet was cold unless you waited for the fresh items to be cooked for you

If you are looking to relax on your next vacation, this is the place. They have diverse food options with their 6 restaurants, the area is around the resort is secluded and quiet, and have amazing and professional staff that help you right away. We loved this Wonderful resort that had extra perks with access to all three resorts as Platinum Princess! It was very relaxing and beautiful landscape with nature and lots of pools to enjoy. All the staff were professional and went beyond to serve us or answer questions. Our room was housekeeped every day with clean towels and toiletries. I liked the walk in shower and bath!!

The food options at the Buffett were similar to an typical American cheap buffett and bland and some items even cold. Not at all many options, and not many mexican dishes as expected from a resort in Mexico

The property was beautiful and easy to access anything in and around the property. Highly recommend a swim up pool room, it made it a great refreshing swim in the late afternoon. Staff was always welcoming and accommodating to us with smiles on their faces. We loved it so much we want to go back every year.
