I needed to stay an extra day and the hotel was very helpful to extend the reservation. I always stay at this hotel, very convenient to everything. Clean, quiet, great staff. Great parking.

Went here with my daughter because she wanted to swim and they have an awesome indoor pool and hot tub. We get there yesterday evening, get dressed to go to the pool, get downstairs and there is an “out of order” sign on the room with the pool! No where on the website did it say this. My daughter was so upset!

The staff were all warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were dried blood stains on the rug. The hotel was booked so we didn't even bother to ask for a new room. Outside in the night, there were cars and motorcycles racing; making it difficult to sleep.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Melville was amazing! The rooms were clean, and they had free housekeeping every single day. Upon arrival, the young lady at the front desk, Mia, was very welcoming. She made my stay there more enjoyable. She attended to my every need, and explained everything thoroughly. If I'm ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there. I definitely recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Melville.

The feel of this hotel was very tranquil. The holiday decorations were in good taste and very inviting . We loved the fireplace in the lobby lounge area as well. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. We were glad to find this hotel on such short notice as we also needed accommodates in addition to our wonderful pet dog. Great experience over all! Solid hotel for couples/families
Hotel is solid, but definitely has some wear and tear. Walls are thin. Could easily hear people talking and fighting in room next door and especially in the hallway. They had at least one or two weddings staying at the hotel so very busy, lots of foot traffic and loud late in the hallways. Rooms were good, shower pressure was amazing.... probably one of the best I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot of different brands high-end to mid. Bathroom was small, toilet would actually flush 2x when flushed, but seemed to work ok. Heat/AC was relatively loud, but helped drown out some of the other loud voices next door and in the hall when it kicked in. Therewasno fan in the bathroom so it gets very steamy, plus the door to the bathroom does not stay open without being propped... not sure why, but it was kind of annoying. Overall, I'd give it a high 3 - 4.0 /5 stars for the 2 nights we were there.

The location is perfect, near LIE and Seaford Oyster Bay expressway. Rooms are good size and staff pleasant. We were unable to control the heat. it was too hot to sleep and although we set the temperature for 68 it read 74 degrees. If we put the a/c on, room got too cold.
