Lodging was very clean, room comfortable & everything worked. We stayed a couple of nights & interaction with cleaning staff was excellent in seeing our needs were addressed. Front office pleasant (first impression) as was the service counter individual. On the negative side, locating the entrance way off of the main street was CONFUSING! Is NOT an easy notice initially. However, once we figured it out, no problems!

Hotel and stay was ok. Nothing terrible. Nothing spectacular. Everything was clean enough and updated enough. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast was mediocre but I’ve had worse. No wow factor here. Workers are ok to deal with but not looking to chat or interact. Quiet except the one morning all the business around the hotel get their dumpsters were emptied at 4am. Not the hotels fault. It is inconvenient that you have to drive through another hotel’s parking lot to get to this hotel. Location is convenient for tourist attractions though. Lots of food options around.

The property was a little run down to the eye but was clean, the rooms were updated, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were clean. The location is close to most attractions in Pigeon Forge. The only negative was the loud sound the plumbing made for a bit after flushing.

The staff was the bright spot of this property. Most of The breakfast was inedible for me. I am a gluten-free, dairy free vegetarian. Hotel was noisy fairly late into the night. The entry lobby had an Unusual smell. The elevators were dirty, but the rooms seemed clean enough. The room decor was very outdated.
