This is a new hotel. Only been open for 4 months. Honestly I was disappointed in several things and won’t return. This hotel claims to be a 5star resort. It is far from it. Unkept common areas such as the brand new carpeting had stains in several places, carpets were not regularly swept, dirty mirrors all over the hotel, elevators were dirty, sink in my room was clogged & I reported it 3 times before someone came to fix. The pool closes at 6pm so that was another big disappointment. The food and drink served at the pool were wonderful. Room service food was terrible. The bathroom sink furniture is banged up. Does not look like it’s a new hotel! For the price I paid per night, I would not stay here again. It was not a well kept, 5 star hotel!!!

Hotel is very nice, modern and new! Great dining options , including a spectacular rooftop bar/restaurant. Bed pillows were not great and down comforter was too heavy to sleep comfortably, even w AC blasting.
