Large home with a few glitches.
This home is in an excellent location. The space is great and home is well equipped with kitchen ware and so forth. Sadly we encountered a few issues that should be a concern for future renters. The biggest issue was the internet did not work during the stay of 4 days. It was not a wifi issue-it was the internet not coming to home. We addressed it with the property mgr the first morning but issue was never resolved and honestly, the prop mgrs did not reach back out to us to see if it ever did work. So- if you need to work from this location or even want to use streaming television - this is a big issue. The other issue is that for a house that sleeps 16- we only had 9- the hot water is not in adequate supply. There does not appear to be a tankless hot water heater. We ran out of hot water on 2 occasions and it was not due to everyone showering at the same time. One time, we quickly ran out after washing dishes and one person showering. The other time the washing machine was running and 2 people had taken showers. The water faucets/ fixtures in some bathrooms(specifically main master) are in poor condition. All this being said, the house itself was a good fit for our family. However, as an owner of a vacation home that is also rented at a rate similar to this home, I feel like these issues should be addressed. In addition, I would hope that the company we use to rent our home would make sure our guests felt like their concerns were of value.

Cox Cable unfortunately experienced a critical outage that could not be resolved by the time of your departure. While this is beyond our control, we are doing everything possible to ensure it is resolved for the next arrival. We also appreciate you bringing the hot water supply to our attention. However, since you previously reported to us that hot water was no longer an issue during your stay, we were unable to find any issues with the home's hot water during our departure inspection. With that said, we will continue to monitor the home’s hot water as guests continue to occupy the home. While we respect your opinions, we kindly ask you to reflect on the fact that 2 of the 3 items you mentioned were either beyond our control or were not an issue. Please know that your input is valuable to us, and we will continue to ensure all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively for all our guests. I never give bad reviews but the property management company was so unresponsive. We arrived at 4pm and housekeeping was desperately trying to clean a very dirty home. Drawers were broken in the kitchen. Washing machine not working. Trash in the garage was full to the top (and smelled) with no directions for us as to when to take out. Very disappointed.

Beautiful mountain edge retreat
Our trip was a get-together for my sister’s celebration of life.(memorial) We had 7 siblings and spouses and nieces. The property was beautiful, the layout was spacious. The couple improvements I would recommend are a pool heater, and a much better larger capacity coffee pot, larger coffee mugs, additional mixing bowls, left over bowls, and lastly basic spices and salt/pepper shakers.

Beyond our expectations
The house is spacious and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was staples for cooking (spices, etc) Coffee pot is much too small for such a large home. Other than that we had a great experience. Would definitely visit again.

Spacious and gorgeous!
I had a work event and the company rented the property for us. We each had our own space w privacy and plenty of room between bedrooms for a less invasive experience w coworkers. The property is neautiful clean and in an excellent location!

Great location, Good House
Overall the property is good. Big open area for large groups. Plenty of sitting and lounging spaces. However, for a house of this size the dining seating is limited. Also there are no kitchen cooking supplies at all - not even salt and pepper. The trash from the previous stay was not emptied and the garage has a very bad stench. There is a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Seems like someone has opened the room door aggressively and made the hole. The sink in the bathroom by the pool was not draining. There is no trash can in some of the bathrooms. Limited dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods. There are no floor mats in some of the bathrooms and this is a hazard when you come out of the shower. Overall good house

Wedding Weekend
So big! Really can spread out. Beds were super comfy. Pool was great. Only problems were an under supplied kitchen that the property manager took care of within 1 hour of notification and a few broken kitchen drawers. It was a bit lacking on pool furniture (broken chaise lounges). Dining room table is tiny and some furniture has broken legs but the space was amazing and views of camelback mountain from house and pool were wonderful.

Beautiful Property
This property was amazing I’m talking I don’t think they boasted it enough in the description amazing. The open concept, the cleanliness it’s very roomy the location is literally the best it’s 7/12 minutes from everything including old town Scottsdale, airport, fashion mall etc etc I love it. We enjoyed ourselves our host was responding immediately as if I was texting her direct. Simply amazing will definitely do it again…..

Huge house and beautiful view!
We had three couples for 5 days staying in this lovely home. The accommodations are fantastic! The house is quite large and can hold a lot of people. It is clean and comfortable. The house is basically perfect. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We hired a chef the property manager recommended for a dinner and it was so much fun staying home for the evening. The house is close to a grocery store and other amenities. We would stay again.
