Good property, clean comfortable and friendly staff. A bit old and run down. Not much around except highway and closed down businesses. Convenient to airport and some baseball stadiums.

Mattress had springs, I expected foam. A valley was beginning to form. No complimentary coffee, very thing had a price. Some of the checkin staff's response to things needing repair was "sorry about that". Others got it fixed. Place needs a better manager who walks around and sees what needs attendion.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and professional. Considering the high prices of hotels in the Phoenix area (thank you, Spring Training😉), it was an appreciated, less expensive option

Putting aside the fact that the property is going through a face lift, the property is clean. The staff is professional and polite. The food prepared at the cafe is very good. I am a return customer and I will return again the next time I am in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay, the front entrance was being worked on when we arrived and there was no breakfest included. But a great breakfest place next door. It is directly on 17 north next to the metro station , so traffic noise , if you opened your patio door. But otherwise super happy with our stay

It was very clean and was clearly just renovated. But there was a loud noise not sure what it was that went on until about 11:30 12 am made it hard to sleep. But the room was nice.

The construction noise directly under our bedroom window was terrible. I understand uptdating but don't put guests in rooms near those areas... Very dissappointing 40th anniversary stay.
