Our stay was very nice. The only thing was that someone was smoking pot on the third floor Saturday night. I should have called the front desk but didn’t.

Clean and convenient hotel, close to highways, shopping, eating options and quiet location, the room service missed one of the days and the hvac system is not a stand alone it works with an external thermostat and it's not very quiet, other than that not a bad option for business travelers.

Walls and doors to hallway paper thin- Very noisy. Could hear every time neighbors left/arrived to their rooms. Room was Outdated and smelled a bit like smoke. Very easy to access off of highway and felt safe. Check in was easy. Parking access great. Would give 3.5 stars

We’ve stayed multiple times. All is usually good this time was not. Bartender in the Bistro was too drunk to serve her customers we sat for 30 mins before we just left without any service, nobody was there, I wonder why? Then room service barged in the room at 730a to start cleaning?!!! Check out is 11a!! Who has left at 730a? Just ridiculous you need to have motel 6 prices when you order motel 6 service.

The location was good for dinner, shopping and a concert. The first staff, upon arrival said help yourself to a water or snack. When I came back,the next grumpy staff sitting in the lounge, hurried over to tell me I have to pay $5.00 for that small bottle of water.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there was a drawer in the nightstand that would not stay shut and while housekeeping made the bed and took the garbage, they did not provide clean glasses or replenish any supplies

If you stay here…remember no free breakfast like most of the hotels now offer. And I wouldn’t mind paying for breakfast but we were charged $28 for 3 single items.
