I had the worst night in the hotel. The room next door was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep. I called the help desk like 5 times and they wouldn’t answer. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night and tell them that the people next to me were very loud. The guy did went and told the room to be quiet but obviously they didn’t care. They never came back to check if they kept being loud. There were approximately 6 adults in that room and two kids. As employees once there is a report, they should keep checking if they stopped. Also, they should be answering the phone calls from the customers.

Surrounding property has major shopping and restaurants but the rooms themselves are not cleaned regularly. Shower appeared yo have been used to wash a large dog and there was body fluids on the ceiling.

The hotel is showing a bit of aging. We booked a king room and after about an hour after arrival we realized the air was not working. We called the desk and there was no maintenance person on site. They switched our room but we ended up with two double beds. The only thing we received was an apology.

Stayed Cambria with my family my son had a soccer tournament at Legacy park and it was very convenient having the shopping center and food places at walking distance, the hotel was very clean our room was very modern very comfortable and the staff there was very friendly and helpful definitely will be returning in the future

Hotel is nice and fairly new. The style is minimalistic (do not expect a large closet. Bathroom has a sliding door that doesn’t lock, and you’ll new to follow up with front desk about scheduling the cleaning/maid service for your room, and they may still fail to provide it as agreed upon. Overall, hotel and breakfast a la carte are nice enough.

Newer facility that was very clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, however the menu looked good. Rooms were nicely made up.

Unless you are on the top floor, the noise from people walking in the room above was hard to sleep through. It is this architectural feature that sets some hotels apart from this one. Other than this, it was a decent hotel in a good location.

The staff was great and overall the room was clean. The problem here is that for 300 a night you would think they would at least have complementary coffee in the lobby. Nope, so I was going to try the kurig machine in the room, even though I don’t care for it. When I opened it up it was disgusting. It was just one night so no use complaining however I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at this location several times now even if my ever is in Tempe. Everything is so close and the facility is excellent

The property was very clean, rooms were comfortable and modern, and staff was friendly. There was on-site parking and the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms had thin walls and we heard a lot of noise in the adjoining rooms and/or hallways at night (children running, father yelling.)

For some reason i tought it had breakfast included. But at check-in they told me no. Breakfast is a bit pricey. I asked the lobby for extra sheets and blamket. Never came.
Other that that perfect. Clean. Nice area, close to shops.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Only thing we didnt like, the bathroom door is a sliding "glass" door with no lock. Oh and since there's no carpet, we could hear the people above us, rolling across their room on the chair. But overall we were very pleased with our stay.
