The room that we were allocated was quite spacious for a studio with an updated modern bathroom. I’m not sure if all rooms are as good as our room. The reason is 2nd and 3rd floors corridors seemed to be in state of renovation There is no onsite parking. The staff and the website tell you vaguely that there’s parking across the road in the car park with no advice provided that parts of the car park are restricted for 4 hours only with other area is all day but this area is full of workers cars from all the construction that’s occurring in Woden. All sections are paid and constantly monitored for expiration of the paid tickets.

Location wise (proximity to hospitals) made this hotel a necessity. Unfortunately the immediate environs is not very inviting and don’t expect a good night sleep - the local car and motorbike hoons enjoy the adjoining streets far too much. Staff helpful, friendly and very responsive to requests. Rooms large and kitchenette well laid out and equipped. However, honestly if you don’t have to stay here, don’t.

As a smoker there was a table and chairs in front of the Perkins building down near the street. No ashtrays or rubbish bins so butts everywhere and garden area unkept and overgrown 😞 Garden area thete ar

The was fab area easy to shops & Transports Problems is parking all day & night isn’t our ideal We got 2 scratch back our car from trolley or bag case not going to argue . I already polished when I got home This isn’t my future with those parking cost Won’t be back this place again I perfer underground or upper ground parking under this appartments responsibility Safe area

During our brief stay at this establishment, we found ourselves in need of transportation to the airport the next day. To ensure a smooth departure, I made multiple requests to the front desk for a taxi reservation at 4:25 am, taking into account the considerable amount of luggage we had to transport. Regrettably, upon our departure the following morning, we discovered that no such reservation had been made, as informed by the morning front desk staff. Thankfully, I had allowed for an additional 30 minutes before my scheduled flight, enabling us to reach the airport in a timely manner. While disappointed by the disorganization displayed by the employee, it is worth noting that the hotel itself offered a satisfactory experience considering the price paid.

Quiet, clean apartment. Kitchen area is sufficient with a cooktop, small fridge, and prep space. Do bear in mind that being in the city you need to pay for parking.

Abode Woden. Booked late Monday afternoon arrived just after 9pm. The front desk staff were terrific on arrival, information regarding the building. The room spacious and air con was brilliant. Bedding very comfortable. The room was very comfortable, easy access. Nice to have a small kitchenette as well. Very good bathroom. A really nice good feeling place to stay.

Overall, the property was ok. The shower was lacking in water pressure. Only a single outlet on each side of the bed, had to unplug the lamp to plug in my CPAP machine.

Heater didn’t work and when the staff were told, they told us to fiddle with the buttons but otherwise that’s it. Stayed 3 nights and was fiddling with it all the time.
