Rooms had thin walls so noise could be an issue. Also bathrooms were very small. Location was excellent, very convenient for centre of the city. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no issues with anything at this property. The only downside is that they dont have their own parking but there is a parking garage right around the corner so is wasnt too bad. Overall would definitly stay here again.

The property is in a great location. The staff were fantastic! I would have appreciated more specific info from the property about parking. Having my bf drive around while I got the specifics isn’t the best way to handle it. The room we stayed at was acceptable, but with a little TLC, it could be really charming. Better towels, cleaner windows, nicer bedding would go a long way.

The property was okay, and the staff was great. It was a decent value for the money. It was located in central Philly, and there were a lot of people loitering on the sidewalks. It didn't feel like the safest environment.

The service is non-existent. I tried to check in at 3:45 and was told that my room was not ready but would be available in a few minutes. 10 minutes later I was told it still wasn’t ready and could take a half hour. The desk clerk then offered to switch my room. I was then given a key to one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen with an equally small bathroom. While they both were clean and functional, it was not worth $300.00

I found the service to have been extraordinary. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt that I was their guest as opposed to a customer. I would happily return to the hotel because of their professionalism. Three individuals stood out in particular, and they were Dermot, Shantel, and Quinton.

We stayed at Club Quarters to attend a Rutgers graduation ceremony. It is clearly the best value in the area, and given the reasonable rates, I was surprised at how nice the place is. My room was extremely clean, had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Each floor has a station for filtered water. The lobby includes a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee as well as a still and sparkling filtered water station. The hotel is located in a busy area with lots of nearby restaurants and is in excellent proximity to Penn State, Drexel, and Rutgers (across the bridge, which has a walking path). Despite the business and noise outside, the hotel rooms themselves are very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly too. Dermot and Orianna were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If I'm ever in Philly again, I will definitely stay here.

The best in Philly, I have stayed here at least 4 times and I will certainly be back. The staff is super nice and helpful, they always greet me and remember me from previous stays. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and safe. There’s anything you need in the area, walking distance to museums and delicious pizza, as a New Yorker I care about those things. I love this hotel.

The receptionist Dermot was very kind and attentive. He waived the fee for early check in, and I was able to get to my room as early as 10:00 a.m. The hotel is within walking distance to almost all major attractions in Philly, and it also has a train station nearby.

My room was really clean, comfortable beds and pillows, I had microwave, little stove, fridge. It was really quiet and the price was very good. I was doubting about the hotel due to the price cause it was very affordable. They have this really good golf place”Puttshake” just crossing the street, love it so fun, good drinks. Nice restaurants around walking distance. Hablan español también.

I found the hotel very quiet which was a great change from other hotels I stayed in in Philadelphia. No restaurant or bar - so I had to go out for food. Much food to find around the hotel!! The room reminded me of a cruise cabin - very small including the bathroom. The floor of the shower looked like it needed more attention than it was getting - not dirty but needed the grouting cleaned a bit more. Carpet looks worn. Bed was very comfortable!!

I didn't like not being told the parking garage was not connected and I would need to park and walk with my luggage I had to ask Also parking price was misleading i was told with validation 39.99 if i stayed parked 55 in and out I didn't move my parking was $102

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, kind staff, perfect walking distance to the concert venue we were in town to get to. Wish there was a better parking situation, but with it being Philly, that’s what you get.

Great little place! The high ceilings make the rooms feel larger! Lots of coffee all day long!!! Clean and great water pressure in the showers. Lots of towels and bright enough light in the bathroom to actually see and do makeup properly!!! Walking distance to anything you want to see in downtown. Saved so much in transportation costs staying here! I’d definitely stay there again!
