The walls on the hallways were stripped bare.
We stayed for 3 days. They never made the room or changed towels, and we requested it twice. They advertise housekeeping every other day. Had to chase housekeepers for clean towels
Safe deposit box was closed upon arrival. We could not wait for maintenance.
Bathroom needs an air extractor.
On the plus side, front desk personnel were super nice and breakfast avobe average for this kind of hotels.

Property is undergoing renovation. I had a flat after pulling into the parking lot and running over a new galvanized construction nail. Contractor is sloppy and not careful about refuse in the parking lot. Hotel is ultimately responsible for safety of guests and their cars.

Hotel was perfect for our one night stay as we made our way to south padre for girls weekend. Staff was pleasant and it was clean. Remodeling construction was happening outside at the door entry. Typical hotel free breakfast with good coffee

This property clearly needs to be renovated. With several trash cans, collecting raindrops through the hallways, we slalomed down the hall, looking for a room, dodging a dripping ceiling and puddling trash cans.

With recent changes in place, we are doing our best with the limited available staff. We hope to have a chance to serve you as a guest again in the future.
Check in was very easy and the person that helped me was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like is that there were only two handicapped parking spaces and they were always taken by the time we got back to our room.

Stayed here for a trip to a church we visit once a year. Location was excellent, 10 min away from church also a bunch of food choices within walking distance. This will be our choice again when we visit.

I stayed for three days and at no time did they clean the room nor did they offer clean towels. The bath soaps were motel 6 compatible.
